Comfortable, clean, convenient. A very welcome clean hotel room after some issues with another stay in Baku. Friendly staff, thank you for carrying my very heavy bag upstairs and with such good humour!

Hotel staff smoking out the front at night are noisy- I don't think they realise how sound (and smoke!) travels to the rooms above them.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Sunday as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Baku as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very very helpful in every case. Great attitude, friendly place. Reception is 10/10, maximum score! Delicious breakfast with local foods, I loved it very much, especially the local bread with the cheese cream or with the honey. The location was good, many nice pleaces could be reached by walking.

I stayed one week and had no issues at all. Since I arrived the receptionist, Oruj, helped me with the room, the SIM card and the money exchange. All requests I had during the stay were kindly managed. Breakfast is fine. Area is very quiet and at walking distance to reach the double gates (meeting points for tours). Also the airport transfer was well organised both times. Highly recommended.

The personnel was very helpful and kind. And I believe this was one of the things that made the experience of staying in the hotel that great. Such as the earlier check in, or the tone when the hotel personnel helped me with my heavy luggage to go across old town when streets were closed due to Formula 1. Excellent localization in the old town. Highly recommend!

Feel always welcome.Quiet, clean, always so friendly and flexible staff :). This hotel has been my unbeatable stay for more than twenty years. Throughout the years premises have been developed and concept upgraded without exaggeration but keeping promises!

Location was superb - few mnts walk to Old Town entrance gate and other old town attractions. There were small park with Swings and slides just across the hotel which can kept the kids busy. Staff was helpful, responsive to all our early inquiries and polite. Room was decent size and we got it in first floor itself, so we didn't have to climb much stairs. Comfortable Beds.

Breakfast was same everyday - no varieties. No Hot meals. We had to ask few times to get the room cleaned. Bathroom gully emitted a foul smell.

Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Location is also good for getting to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Baku!
