if you stay family suit, you should pass middle of the restaurant to reach your room. it’s not a problem but when chef starts cooking all suit smells onions or what they cook. and restaurant’s balcony next one of the bedroom and noisy night waiting for you. and big disappointment for me i asked help to reach hotel to airport they called uber to me fir ride and it’s take 14 azn but hotel got 30 azn from me!! if they have shuttle and want 30 azn I should respect their policy but they called UBER and took 30azn from me before ride! when i reached airport and saw just 12azn + 3azn car entrance! that felt really bad!

She is a gem, the way she greets & help you is always a delight. Thankyou to all the staff especially the chef lady, who made a delicious chicken for me. Surely i will be visiting again.

This hotel is well located for the old city, we were given a bigger room than we booked. It was comfortable to stay, WiFi in our room was good.

Breakfast was not so good and depended on when we arrived, some things ran out and we're not replaced in the buffet. But we did manage to put together an ok breakfast and when we left early on the lady day we were given a packed breafast

Staff is very cooperative, we reached hotel before checkin time still they gave us the room .Felt like living in some paris hotel. Breakfast was good with wide variety of options. Location is very good and 5 mins walk to Boulevard. 10-15 mins to Old Baku Gates so little inconvenient if you are booking local tours because they don’t give hotel pickup/drops even if it’s very late in night.

Location is the best selling point of the hotel. It's within Old Town walls and close to all main amenities. Breakfast was good. Only recommendation would be to add labels so it's clear what is what. Hotel does not have a lift but help with luggage is always available. Staff are very accommodating. Arzu at the Reception could not have been more helpful. Hotel also offers reasonably priced airport transfers (30 manat each way and takes about 30min) and day trips.

Mini bar was very old, insides were held together with sticky tape and made proper racket. We were not made aware at check-in that we needed to request our room to be cleaned / towels changed etc. Other guests were extremely noisy in communal areas at 1-2am every night. Not hotel's fault but better sound insultation would have helped. Otherwise earplugs solved the problem. Impossible to close shower doors, thus flooded bathroom floor.

Staff was very courteous. Location is the highlight of this hotel. Also the hotel was quite clean and quite safe.

Breakfast was very basic and only had diffrent types of eggs - Omlette, sunny side, boiled etc. 2 twin beds were good but the third bed was very uncomfortable.

Location is one of the selling point of this property it 100percent nearby by to everything. The Reception team (Hussein) is very helpful. Surely even the restaurant team. It was a amazing stay here in Premier Old Gates Hotel. I will recommend this to my friends if they will visit Baku City.

Fabulous location right in the old town at the same time having a back exit to Philarmonia Garden metro station. The room was sufficient size with excellent heating. The breakfast on the rooftop had a decent spread and overlooking a great view of the Philarmonia Garden. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I loved the location and staff especially Arizoo, she was wonderful to us, she helped us, guided us through things and was very kind to help us. Overall the rooms and the bathrooms were amazing and the experience was THE best because of Arizoo. :)

My family personally thinks that the breakfast was a little small and it didn’t have many options for us, but we loved the juice they served there.

The hotel location is just perfect! in the middle of the old city, very close to all the Baku attractions. breakfast is good, but they do not have americano :) no barmen was so kind, as to offer Turkish coffee every morning. Special thanks to Arzu from the hotel reception! She is so nice and helpful!
