Very clean and within walking distance of the fish fry and botanical gardens. Helpful and courteous staff, breakfast and cocktails included with the stay. Our room included a small kitchen and could sleep 6. While we were there only a few days, we felt like we could have settled in for a few weeks!

Not much to say negatively. Don’t expect resort level maintenance but everything works and, again, is spotlessly clean. If you need polished marble floors and brass fixtures, this isn’t the place for you. However, if you can live with simple functional furnishings that are kept up, there is great value here for the money.

Lovely place to stay. We arrived late at night and departed first thing in the morning, so I gave no idea if the location really. They helped organise a cab so that was helpful as well. It felt super safe.

We mentioned we were leaving early and they did say we could try our luck at the pool for breakfast. I chatted to the staff setting up but no luck for an early breakfast (we left at 7am, so it wasn't super early). Cab was also $40 USD each way which seems really expensive but I'm not sure what is normal. Expensive stop over for an Australian. I am aware that is not to do with the hotel, but worth mentioning for those arriving!

I was pleasantly surprised. I only needed a cheap hotel near the airport for one night. This place was much better than I expected. The staff was very friendly. The room was big and had a large kitchenette, a small patio with table and chairs, and the ac worked fine. They had a fun happy hour by the pool with free drinks. We chatted with the staff and other guests. Big free breakfast with cereal, waffles, bacon and eggs and coffee and several juices. I could have stayed longer.

Not the best location. We did walk to a restaurant, the Bahama Grill, and it was fine. But not much else nearby. 15 minute taxi ride to the air port.

In general very nice place to stay. Good breakfasts, very nice staff, the room was clean, AC worked fine, you did not hear the noise. I recommend for the others

Nassau in pricey in general, the worst was internet connection - practically you could use it only in the reception area, no internet in my room [dafoddil], but it was bearable. Location is slightly OFF everything and the road was frequently flooded by frequent rains - so if you want to go for a walk - talke flippers, or take off the shoes.. :)

The place was very quiet. It was nice to have breakfasts and free evening cocktails. I also enjoyed having a lot of friendly cats (food beggars, but still). If you buy a few wet cat food cans in the nearby convenient store (Hadjis), they are yours for the whole stay. They have a nice pool and friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again. Fish Fry (area with many restaurants) is in the walking distance. If you are in the area, you should visit the Ardastra garden. You can also just walk there.

To go to the Cable beach or Downtown area you need to walk to the main road and catch 10 or 12 bus. There is a huge puddle on the road after any good rain and you can't avoid it (it's not related to the hotel though)

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'll also note that my colleague stayed but the hotel communicated often before and during the stay to make sure my colleague had the best experience with his wife.

The air conditioning made the stay a bit uncomfortable but my colleague mentioned that he hadn't reached out to room service to adjust during the short stay. He enjoyed regardless.

Room was very clean and well put together, I loved that I had a medium fridge that wasn't expected.

I was having difficulty getting WIFI in the bedroom and had to step out of my room to use my phone which quite inconvenient. Additionally, there should be an option to purchase food from the guest house, my walk out wasn't an enjoyable one.

Comfy 'Bungalow' room, small kitchen and fridge a plus. Breakfast average but good selection. Evening poolside Music, but not too loud. 'Convenient' to the Jitney bus into town or a reasonable 'hike' to Airport Hotel Security was good.

Bathtub faucets needed maintenance. Tub drained poorly. Noted this to mgmt.

I had to work on my vacation, but I was concerned about bad internet reception. however, the staff gave me a little box to use just in case the room WiFi goes down. it was perfect and worked about 90% of the time. internet will not be an issue if you decide to stay there. wonderful staff.

If they can give more choices for the breakfast, that would be wonderful!
