So many amenities! The pools were very nice. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. I thought the restaurant options were wonderful! The Casino was a lot of fun and we all enjoyed the Baha Bay water park. The staff was lovely.

The food is seriously over priced, to the point of ridiculous! There should be an all inclusive option at this resort

The location of the hotel is brilliant but like most big resorts it needs a lot of improvement. Mostly with the staff. Some are just plain rude and either shouldn’t be there or need retraining in the art of hospitality!

The food is very mediocre to say the least. When I make a booking in a restaurant for 8.30, I expect to be taken to my table and seated at that time. Not half an hour later. The restaurant barely had anything available on the menu and our food didn’t start coming out until nearly 10pm! Just unacceptable level of service in a high end resort.

The entire Baha Mar resort is amazing and this was our second time vacationing there. The room was comfortable and a good size, and all of the amenities are fabulous - great restaurants, beach, a plethora of pools, the waterpark, etc. I LOVE how it's only 10-15 minutes from the airport and a quick direct flight from NYC. It rained one day this trip so we booked massages and the Spa experience was GREAT! I'd definitely book again next time even if it's sunny. We had a great time at the new Baha Bay beach club also! (there is a food/drink minimum for chairs but you'll easily hit it and then some...!)

This was my first stay at the Hyatt - last visit we were at SLS. Both hotels share nearly all of the same amenities so you can definitely choose based on price for your dates however I did prefer the SLS over the Hyatt. The Hyatt is more than double the size as SLS so I found it to be more crowded - the elevators, the front desk, etc. I also like how the SLS has an actual lobby whereas the Hyatt is basically just the check in area and then the casino floor. Also be warned that food and drink on site are expensive and subject to automatic service and VAT charges. IMO it's all worth it but can be a little shocking when you're there.

All were good, not excellent! Choice were adequate. Prices just were very expensive for what you had. Don’t think we will be coming back.. Casino was adequate also. Not worth what you pay for sure, and the staff not very accommodating.

Everything!!! The food, the service, the drinks, basically all and too much to go on about!

Immaculate facilities, water park, pools, beautiful ocean water, excellent food.

The cost of everything is almost laughable. You want a cup of coffee? $15. 2 mixed drinks, $50+. breakfast sandwich, $30. This place is not recommended on a budget.

The hotel looks like those in Las Vegas but on the beach. This is huge complex of 2 or 3 hotels with aquapark. Long beach, plenty of walking space, very clean. The hotel is huge and rather luxury with giant casino. There are many very good restaurants in it. But prices are horribly high. You need to spend about 600$ everyday for 2 people (breakfast, lunch, dinner plus a few drinks-lunch with 2 beers-200$, dinner twice as expensive). Several pools, one of them is by the pool with sharks, mantas and a lot of fish. Beautiful garden with flamingos. Very comfortable place. Very nice and helpful staff in "activities corner". Very nice staff in restaurants. Reservations for dinners necessary, best one day before. Another way you can stay without dinner. The rooms are very big and comfortable.

Horrible expensive. Staff in the reception and cleaners unpleasant as if working as a punishment. And I have a problem with the hotel. They didn't take into account the charge of my credit card from April and I'm not sure but I think that I paid too much about 400$ for my stay. I have written to the hotel to explain that but the hotel hasn't answered me until today. I have contacted with booking.com in tis case but I'm still waiting....

The facilities are beautiful, and the staff are great. Everyone is very friendly. The water park was a blast. Most restaurants were good with one exception - Felia. Hard pass. We had a great time with our 3 kids ages 18, 15, and 7.

My only feedback for improvement is something for the 14-17 year olds to do at night. There is literally nothing for them to do but play pool at the ONE pool table. They need a kids arcade and a movie theater or a tween dance club.

The staff was absolutely incredible-from Iesha at the checkin desk going way above and beyond to assist my family with getting into our room a bit early, to all of the restaurant wait staff, lifeguards, housekeeping etc...it was just phenomenal to be treated with such warmth and diligence throughout our stay. They all made our trip memorable and we can't wait to go back! Additionally, the facilities were clean, the water park was safe and well-run, the food and drinks all over the resort were delicious. The pools were a blast-if you have kids you want to send one person down to the Blue Hole (with the cliff jump and grotto) around 7am and save a few lounge chairs for the day. After 730 they are all claimed and it kind of shuts you out for the day. A bright spot of being up and about that early is the short line at Starbucks for your morning coffee on the way back! We also needed medical assistance for a minor issue during our stay, and having the clinic right in the hotel was so convenient--and the care was excellent!

I really wish mini fridges (not the mini bar) were provided in the rooms as a standard amenity. We were unable to take leftovers from meals at restaurants (and the food isn't cheap!), nor could we keep milk for cereal and protein powder we'd packed. I also wish there was a place to refill water bottles with filtered water. The regular tap tastes and smells gross. Some of the larger bottles water (Fiji, which costs $2.50 in the US at Whole Foods), set us back $10/bottle. It's so hot there, and I wish hydration was more affordable.

great property with lots to do, great restaurants, on the newer side and most of the staff was great

very expensive, lack of information available- i.e. reservations at Baha Bay need to be made way in advance and we didn’t know about it.
