Very friendly staff. The swimming pool was nice and there is a small bar with some (pricey) drinks. The a la carte breakfast was also very good but also slightly pricey. But then again, New Providence is crazy expensive anyways because of all the cruiseships and resorts with many tourists. There are very nice bars/grills nearby called Da Plantation & Sunset Beach Club.

The location to downtown is quite far off hence a taxi is 30-40$ to nassau. But there are also public buses which take you there for 1,50$.

Comfortable hotel and beautiful views. Very peaceful and quiet. Very clean! Not close to the main attractions but if you rent a car, you’ll be good to go. The pool was really nice and I like they provided towels to take as needed.

One thing I didn’t like was there was a light on all night right outside our window and the curtains didn’t make it dark enough. I woke up in the middle of the night a few times and thought the sun was rising. That was irritating. Also the check out process was a little confusing and the staff wasn’t as helpful at check out as they were at check in.

The staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. I have trouble walking and they shave me a ground floor room and brought everything to my room for me to check in. They also brought my breakfast to my room to save me climbing stairs.

I wish that they had an on-site restaurant or somewhere I could get something to eat in the eveniing, like bar food rather than going off-site.

Staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much to ask and they were so helpful. Position on the hill is beautiful and the view is great from the pool area which is perfect to unwind. Not far from really nice eateries and there is a cave full of bats just down the coast! Hotel staff will give you transport to where you need to go which is more reasonable than a taxi. Breakfast is extra but really well made. We were travelling with a party member who was disabled. He was able to manage fine as he is OK with steps, but just bear in mind there are a fair few steps around the place.

Friendly helpful staff, facilities were wonderful, great location, clean, well decorated, secure gated parking, and the restaurant next door is wonderful. Loved having breakfast on the balcony with the ocean view and the pool was exceptionally clean with pool towels available at all times. This hotel was one of the best I have stayed at in Nassau.

staff was very friendly and supportive! we absolutely got what we paid for! The territory is very beautiful, good internet connection. we called from the airport and asked meet us. The lady from the hotel picked us up in a 7 mins. it was very comfortable and much cheaper, than taxi price at the airport. The hotel provides transfer whenever you want for fair price.

Location isn’t great. But we walked for 7 mins to the pretty nice Italian restaurant and grocery store.

Quiet and clean. The room we got is spacious. Complimentary coffee tray.

The fact that there is no restaurant within the hotel. The steep uphill climb going back to the hotel after after needing to go outside the compound to eat at a nearby restaurant is not something you would like to do regularly. Also, why is there no complimentary bottle of water? which is standard for most hotel if not all.

Small but lovely hotel. Staff were excellent. It was quiet and a quiet neighbour but close to airport which was a priority. Views were fantastic. Pool and area were great and, being a small hotel, not busy.

Probably needs a bit of an update in the rooms. The TV coverage service was poor with 2nd rate American shows etc.

Fantastic location with a beautiful pool, near the airport Also love walking down to the sunset bar and grill for dinner once you have checked in after a long haul flight! The transport service they offer is great and great value. Staff are totally lovely!

Quite expensive for a small room and basic bathroom.

The property is very nice, spacious and clean. Decor is interesting and the facilities are very good. You have a swimming pool, loungers, bar, pool, hammock available to you. The team are amazing and very attentive. The hotel has driver service too, so it's easy to get around.
