The size of the hotel and the facilities were great. i also loved the fact its like a mini resort instead of a huge hotel.

Overall, the staff was extremely friendly except the woman at the checkin counter. She was a bit moody which was weird. But everyone else is great.

Everything was great. I Loved the place; quite room and clean ; the reception staff are so friendly and helpful .. I loved that they had an instructions cards for everything ( if need a special below.. If you forgot your personal hygiene item just call so and so ) + they asked me about the time of checkout 12 or 2 ( I appreciate that they asked me instead of asking them).+ great hospitality thank you for the fruits.

No elevators.. I know its just a floor but not everyone is able to claim the stairs.

The staff at this hotel from the ones that greet you by opening the door if a taxi on arrival through two outstanding employees: Bliss and Gordon provided exceptional, helpful and personable service. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the whole atmosphere if the hotel was one if the staff could not do enough to make one's stay relaxing and enjoyable. Heartily recommended.

It was me and my wifes first time to this amazing hotel, we were welcomed by this strong and charming personality duty manager Mr Abdulla Jassim. With his professionalism we were really impressed and he ensured everything was perfect. He has offered us a welcome drink as a token of a gesture. We will definitely come here. Absolutely all was perfect there is nothing we disliked

my stay at this hotel was really good. One of the best hotel experiences. The room was spacious and included all amenities, kettle hair dryer and iron. The breakfast selection was good. The location of the hotel was good and was walking distance from the Avenues so on New year's Eve we were able to walk back to the hotel and avoid all the rush. The hotel was able to accommodate us with our late check out and offered us a reasonable extra charge for it.

At breakfast the wait for a coffee was a bit long as they only had one machine. Please invest in a few more. Other than that everything was good.

I loved the people of Bahrain in general, and the hotel had an excellent location, and the staff were very smiling and helpful, especially the employee Khaled, who received us with his hospitality and a beautiful smile. The staff is really smiling and they have my great respect and appreciation

The location is perfect close to everything. The rooms are very clean and staff very friendly especially at the breakfast restaurant

The hotel doesn’t have elevator and we were kinda on the 3rd floor but it is not that bad to get there. There was an electrical outrage for almost 6 hours during the night so the AC was cut and it was too hot couldn’t really sleep well. But after that it was fixed

The failure to listen to feedback about one of the tasteless food dishes served in the Harvester’s bar. On the other hand, the Friday brunch in main restaurant was very nice indeed and the staff were more than helpful.

The hotel is a 5 star throughout. Amazing location close to the airport, Manama souq and the Avenues mall. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We asked for late check out due to unforseen circumstances and they extended without pay. Its not my first time and certainly not my last. The gym is amazing too!

- wish if there is an indoor swimming pool cause of the heat in summer - wish if there was a samll kids play room since the playground slides and swings are too hot to be used most of the day. - couldn't easily find the elevator to the outdoor area.
