- really nice room and facilities - very friendly staff - clean and comfortable - perfect to celebrate any occasion at this place - bathtub in the room was nice

- low temperature on the hot water in the shower - shower pressure low - restaurants and services are extremly pricey compared to other 5 stars hotels in dhaka - receptionist when checking in was a bit rude, did not provide information regarding the hotel. - traffic to dhaka is very heavy, however this area is the most extreme. if you are coming from airport for 1 night stay this is probably not the right place to stay.

SUPERB PLACE AND QUIET. ALL STAFFS ARE WELL TRAINED TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE DURING MY STAY. BOTH RESTAURANT WERE SUPERB. I PERSONALLY FEELS TO RECOMMEND ANY PERSON TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. ROOM ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AT ALL TIME.

WE WOULD REQUEST TO THINK ABOUT A PRIVATE MUSIC LOUNGE FOR ENTERTAINMENT, LIVE MUSIC WILL ENHANCE THE ATMOSPHERE. AT THE BAR MORE CHOICE SHOULD BE AVAIBLE.

Very nice hotel with high level rooms and facilities in a central location in Dhaka. Friendly staff, nice pool and gym, very comfortable rooms. Will definitely come back.

According to international standards, the room price is very reasonable, however, food and drinks are really overpriced. For the food, prices are above Western standards but quality is not. Charging 25$ for a very mediocre pizza is just shameless. Considering the surrounding city, the food is not bad, it is okay, but is really way overprized.

I stayed there for the anniversary of my marriage. They provided the complimentary cake and decorated our room with balloons. So kind of them. What I loved the most was the wide variety of menus in the buffet. This buffet was worth enjoying it. On top of that, the staff are wonderfully friendly and polite.

When we checked in, the receptionist was a little unfriendly with no smile and sounded rude, which made us disappointed, but just once. Except for this, everything was perfect.

Staffing -quality of course is excellent, they remember your name. Fixture- fittings - cleanliness all excellent.

Breakfast was generally good - I had written ahead to ask for ANY non-dairy milk and was told it would be provided and that was a surprise at the restaurant, but they solved it,. The evening inflexibility- there is a full buffet which is expensive if only small dishes are taken or not interesting bar snacks: can they be more flexible ?

The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. The location was very central to most government offices. The downside of the location means it is always busy with massive traffic jams - the noise and honking start early!

As it was Ramadan, there was very limited food choices. The price of the food at Cafe Social is astronomical - burger and spaghetti bolognese cost more than the most restaurants in London and New York!!!

This was an overall excellent experience. From staff, to set-up to room to food - all very well!

The only point of enhancement would be to insert better noise cancelling windows in the rooms facing the street, as the street noise is rather dominant.

They charged me higher than what was shown in booking.com. when i told them to fix, they kept giving me nonsense excuses and kept calling different people to help me. Each one gave me different excuses

the staff was amusingly courteous

traffic. when I arrived they stated that I wouldn’t hVe water from 1-6am after a day of traveling and arriving at 1am I needed to shower. after some back and fourth I was moved to a room that did have water.

They must follow up on sanitation and lighting after the guests leave, because there was a problem with the light bulbs and the small shower was not fixed.
