Spacious rooms, Comfortable beds, Clean.

It’s close to the train station, which is very noisy. Also the neighbourhood was very dirty, trash on the sidewalks everywhere. Loads of men on the streets at night (arrived around 21:30-22:00. And sort of a Pr0stitute neighbourhood. At least the street the hotel was on.

Nice location with great connectivity to other parts of the city. We had to go to Brugge & Ghent and it was easy access to the station. Also, the metro station is very close to travel to the city centre. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. Definitely value for money and totally recommend it!

It is a bit noisy since it's very close to the station. It isn't like unbearable noise but yeah, slightly noisy to my liking.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond to search and call pharmacies on the Sunday (most are shut) in an emergency, happy to provide hair dryer on asking as was listed as included in the room, all areas were clean, wifi box per floor so excellent signal, absolutely massive room for the price! Property itself exceeded expectations, location however very much did not.

The area is a very unsafe location, especially from the evening onwards. Wouldn't recommend walking from the train station to the hotel despite being across the road, resorted to ubers for the rest of the trip to drop us directly at the hotel door after being physically accosted in the street outside during daylight hours early evening time on the first day there, and to be aware that the property is in the red light district which we weren't forewarned.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even went out of their way to lend me a charging cable that I had forgotten to bring, the room was large and comfortable, everything appeared clean. It is a very convenient location right next to the main train station and buses and a few minutes walk from Center and department stores.

I would not recommend staying there with children because it turned out to be located in a very bad section of town and Upon returning late one night we discovered that the whole street was windows with prostitutes in them. I did not feel threatened or danger in any way but I would not expose children to everything in that area. Highly recommended for adults however

Hotel staff was professional, they changed the towels every day, it was close to metro station and not far away from the centre...

It was in a suspicious neighborhood, so as a group of girls we didn't feel quite safe walking around. If we had to go out during the night we used bolt sevice.. Upstairs guests were extremely noisy and there is a police station nearby which creates a lot of noise and might disturb sleep if you are a light sleeper.. the toilet is separate from the sink so it is a little hussle to wash your hands

Spacious and clean room. Excellent location. Walkable distance from Gare du Nord. Many tourist spots are in vicinity of 1.5 kms of f property. Helpful staff.

Room was facing main road. Windows were not sound proof. Vehicle lights directly came into room. Cars and train sounds could be heard all night long. Might be problematic for light sleeper. They have only 1 elevator and it takes forever to come to call floor. I would advise to use fire exit staircase instead. It is faster.

Large room - spectacular views from the window

Room wasn’t very clean, especially the windows, curtains and very sticky radiator! It was cold and at least one light switch didn’t work. The neighbourhood is horrible with open drug dealing on the street outside the station in broad daylight. Breakfast was good but dull with no variation in three days. Lift was very slow and in the morning, frequently boo lot caked by cleaning staff / equipment. Expensive when you consider all of this

- The room was comfortable enough - The hotel is well located at walking distance to Rogier metro station and Gare du Nord Train to Airport - The customer care at Reception desk is excellent and the hotel is very clean

The restaurant opening hours were not clear and it was closed especially my first 3 days of stay. The restaurant service needs to be improved and the menu reviewed. The rest was fine

The room was big, and I found it clean. The personnel was nice and helpful. And basically the price was cheap for Brussels (like 1/2 of other options).

As many other comments said, the immediate surroundings didn't look very safe at night. However, Rogiers (an important commercial area of Brussels) was 5 minutes away by walk. So, I personally didn't found it so worrysome.
