The breakfast was excellent, in terms of both variety and the quality of the individual items. We enjoyed everything we ate (especially the pastries) and had good variety over a 5 night stay. The breakfast room staff were all very friendly. The decor of the hotel is unique and really nice. The theme carried through everywhere and we really appreciated the attention to detail, appealing to all senses - visual, sound and scent in the common areas. It was also nice that the theme flowed so nicely from the common areas to the room, and even into the bathroom. The property is very well located, being right at an underground stop and a short walk to the Grand Place. Mall, restaurant and shopping streets are right across the square from the hotel. The room was clean and quiet and we slept really well. The bathroom was large and offered very good toiletries. Although the room was quite small, it was so well laid out that we did not notice this. So nice to get Nespresso coffee in the room.

The room was nice, however the first room I was allocated was bigger but there was unfinished maintenance work in the bathroom so I had to move. Also the phone didn't work so I had to go down to reception. Room change was smooth though. The breakfast was good with lots of options - quite busy. The location was good - 15 minute walk to the Grand Place and just beside an underground station. Only an 8 minute walk to train station to get to airport. HOTEL SHOULD STATE CLEARLY THAT BRUSSELS NOORD IS THE BEST STATIONTO GET TO THE HOTEL. Overall a nice quirky hotel and a lovely break.

Hotel should have checked room before we arrived to make sure that the maintenance work was complete. Hotel should have made it clear that there was a festival in the square outside the window. This didn't really pose a problem but it looked like it would.

Basic hygiene practices and courtesy are not always great. When I asked for a couple of extra pillow cases, the receptionist got two pillows with pillow cases which he then placed on the dirty receptionist desk. When I said I only needed pillow cases, not pillows, he told me I could take those pillowcases off of the pillows. Initially I was told the pillow cases would be brought up, but they were brought up to the wrong room, because when I called the receptionist, apparently their phone lit up next to a different room#, which meant I waited a long time, just to then get the pillow cases myself and people in a neighboring room were woken up for pillows they didn't request..

Location is very good - close to Brussels-Nord and walkable to everywhere, which I really love. Room and bathroom very clean and nice. Can open window to let in fresh air, loved it. Breakfast nice and lovely service at dinner. Decor is very cool. Was my second time there and despite bit confusion, will be back for my next Brussels trip.

There was mismatch within Booking and their systems so I got booked extra for first night and some confusion but in the end was resolved and money returned. But did freak out a bit initially. Lifts are so slow.

The room was small but cute, clean, had all necessary amendments. I felt very comfortable, bed was a dream, it was quiet, no one bothered me. The bathroom was small as well, but enough for 1 person. It had all necessary amenities, it was clean and with plenty of natural light. The hallways are very cute, with bird drawings and songs, a fountain per hallway to refill your water bottle. At the reception level, they have a lounge area, with a bar where you can buy fresh salads, fruits, smoothies etc. So if you don't catch breakfast, which ends at 10.30, you can get a nice healthy breakfast there. Also, they have this nice area with books shelves, where you can sit and eat in quiet, read, do your laptop work or chat with friends. I got there in rainy weather and in the evening it got chilly, but the ac provided warm air, so that the room got warm very fast. Its a nice hotel if you need it for good rest and sleep, so, for my solo trip, it was perfect. The location is ok, 5-10 minutes walk to city centre. There is a metro station right next to the hotel. There are trams, busses, e-scooters, so its a very convenient location. if you go in the left side of the hotel, you get straight to city center. If you go to right side, well, let's say, it doesn't seem the safest area for women. There is a red light district just 10 minutes away, which gets a lot of attention in the evening...from men.

Booked this hotel to be close to the train station because I had to catch a flight early in the morning. It was a very nice and comfortable room and it was very quiet for a hotel in the center of Brussels. Very positive is the large gym in the hotel. Is the reason why I will come back when I have to overnight in Brussels.

The elevators are really a problem in this hotel. They are tiny, very slow and therefore prepare yourself for mayor queues and delays in the morning when you want to check out or you want to have breakfast, if you are staying in a room at the upper floors.

Very good design of the hotel. Not new, but time gave even more charm to the feeling of space. Everything very clean. Very good location for reason of access to old center, bar streets, transport connections and shopping. Very nice lobby space and nice personal in general.

If you expect to have nice Restaurent on board of the hotel - don't expect. 2 of 4 days we stayed it was booked for some private event (with around 200 corporate noisy drunk people who occupied all lobby till 7pm, an other day it was some holiday event and access only with reservation.... so if you think you can come any moment to grab some food in between your city programs - you probably will be not in priority to serve for hotel restaurant and better don't plan to eat there. Other moment - going to Nord Trainstation (what is just 10 minutes walking from hotel) - don't go under the bridge you will face poor and by feeling unsafe area of Brussel. And it is just 100 meter away from hotel.

The hotel is so nicely arranged. They have a jungle theme (as far as I could understand) and the reception, hallway, restaurants are all reflected some elements of being in forest. The hotel itself is very colorful. The hallway is nice contrast of pink/yellow/green. The colors are very nicely thought through. There are sounds of birds (artificial ofcourse) when you walk near the lift, giving you a feeling of being in nature. The room was a bit small but very cute; with the color combination that I mentioned above. That lends a character to the hotel. The bathroom was also very small but for a short stay, I wouldn't complain. The breakfast spread was really good, we had sumptuous breakfast and all was very neatly arranged. Its worth to have booking done with breakfast included. Lastly the location - its close to a metro station Rogiers, that connects to almost all of Brussels. Also, the center (Grand Place) is quite close - just about a km or so. Hence, 5* for location. Also, the whole place where the hotel is located seems like some upscale business district to me.

I don't have anything that disappointed me. May be the room sizes were a bit smaller for my liking but I won't complain as I was staying there for a short visit. The other positives out weigh this thing may be.

Beautiful rooms and facilities, including a sauna (sadly I didn't get a chance to try it!). I liked the theme of a rain forest/jungle that continued throughout the hotel. The room came with an iron, slippers, dressing gown, shower cap etc. I loved the drinking water fountain on each floor so I didn't have to call if I needed water. The bed was very comfortable, I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The TV has many stations and the ability to cast shows, YouTube and music from your own device. The breakfast was delicious - buffet style! Great location - round the corner from Rogier station. From there, it's a 10 minute journey to the Eurostar, a short walk to Brussels North station and walking distance from the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and happy to give recommendations.

Very small complaints! The bedroom I had only had shower facilities - I would have loved a bathtub. There is a Nespresso coffee machine but no teas available - not great for a non-coffee drinker like me. I also did not have access to a menu for room service, so just had to call the number and hope they had what I wanted. Finally, they have shower gel, hand soap etc which is clearly good quality but I found the scent (sage and blackcurrant) an acquired taste. It gave me a headache so I had to buy my own.

I really liked the location, comfort, quietness and cleanliness of the hotel. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to the center. Nearby metro and train station. Good breakfast. Good option for families

The hotel blocked the amount of the stay on my credit card and it was blocked for another 2 weeks after I checked out, and I paid at the time of check-out. Nobody explained that they would block this value, I don't understand why they did it and when I questioned it (by email) it was not explained or apologized. I don't understand if I paid and they had my credit card why they blocked it. The email response was haughty. There are employees at this hotel who are not at the level the hotel deserves.
