We booked this for my 34th birthday, and after requesting a nice room that management would recommend, we arrived and checked into a great room with chocolates and a happy birthday note left in the room. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't have provided a better service. Jude on reception in particular was great. He loaned me a travel adapter when we arrived and on our second evening, I suffered a bout of Ill health due to raised blood pressure. Jude helped provide a bag of ice to bring my temperature down and then called paramedics to treat me. We were so grateful for Jude's help and I'm sad that we didn't get to say goodbye when we checked out yesterday as he was off shift. If management read this, please send our thanks again to Jude. He is an asset to your hotel and great staff member to your team. In regards to the room, the bed was super comfortable and perfect size for us. The location is 20 minutes metro ride into central Brussels and the station itself is a 5 minute walk. The only thing I'd say is that the food was a bit bland and overpriced. Overall though, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Food wasn't great and quite overpriced for the quality. Drinks were also quite expensive. Not a great selection of channels for non French speaking customers.

I love everything about this cozy, family style hotel,conveniently located, with metro stop just minutes away,friendly stuff,very attentive to your needs,delicious breakfast everyday, if you want to spend cozy everything away from the city, stuff made delicious meal for you,salads,pasta,pizza,hot from the oven,fast and delicious. Plus everyone like family there,we stayed 8 nights,made friends there,felt loved and cared,highly recommend! By the way,thay change your bed sheets everyday!!

Clean room with just enough space for my husband and I for our stay in Brussels. Great spread for breakfast in the morning too. We didn't prepay for breakfast to be included, but we did purchase it on our last day. There was lots to choose from and it cost 17€ per person. Parking was also available for our rental car in a gated parking lot on site, which was nice, and the cost was 10€/day which honestly is a great price, especially for the Brussels area. The metro stop is a quick 3 min walk down the road so you can easily get in and out of the city with a problem. This made the location prime! There is also someone at the reception desk 24/7, which is great. You can also order lunch and dinner from the bar if you are wanting anything.

The rooms are just a tad small. After all of our luggage was in the space, it did make it a little tricky to get around.

Room was clean. Girl on check-in was friendly. There is a metro nearby. There are many channels in TV. They give us separated beds as i requested. The price was good.

No soundproofing. You can hear everything from the corridor. Our room was next to the housekeeping room and every morning from 9 AM, you could hear them. But earplugs were provided. Bed is not comfortable.

-very nice location: safe, green and a few min away from Erasmus metro station (last stop - so you always get a seat departing for the Brussels centre) :) - very nice and responsive staff; - very nice breakfast; - nice selection of other meals through the day; - I loved their coffee and I drunk quite a lot if it; - wifi worked really well - I did some work from my hotel room with no problems while logging into my work system (with the launch of all related work apps which do require good wifi connection). I will consider staying there again while in Brussels!

Location was ideal because it was out of the city centre but there are regular metros and buses to Brussels, staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast buffet is overpriced but a good selection of items, room was light, modern and the bed was incredibly comfy!

Very clean just small scratches on the wall but again nothing too important! The walls aren’t super soundproof so you could slightly hear noise from the corridor but nothing that bothered us

Everything was quite acceptable. Hotel location is really nice for who traveling by car, out of chaotic city and close to metro station. plenty of parking place with reasonable price. the zone is safe, some fastfood shop and supermarket in nearby. exceptional staff at reception, very respectful and help for any needs. The bathroom was small but everything was proportional. generally, it was nice stay at hotel. They gave us the option to choose if we need daily refresh and indication was clear. Really appreciated the environmental friendly recommendations at hotel.

Some part of room was damaged and needs renovation. The towels were so old and to be replaced. Adding some stuff like kettle and coffee machine can add more value to this nice hotel. Very noisy people late at night who talk loudly upon arrival without any respect for other guests, which obviously is not hotel fault.

Everything was nice. Staff was polite too. The location could not be better. It can be explained to the guests that they can catch the bus also to the Zaventeem Airport as well, besides the train option. In my case, the bus saved me because I had to catch it at 3 a.m.

The only thing I didn't like was the cost of the breakfast. 20 EUR is a little bit too much. And the price of coffee is also a bit high. Otherwise, everything was really nice.

Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Convenient for public transport.

Though the bedroom was clean, communal carpets were dirty, stained and in need of a vacuum. Staff were unable to tell us if the hotel is in the Low Emissions Zone. Though we were aware in advance, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room particularly as the hotel was unable to cater for some fairly common dietary requirements.

-great staff, very helpful and responsible -the room had a perfect size -the bathroom was nice, again perfect size, there were no problems with the water temperature -the hotel overall is very nice, there were people in the reception at any time -the beds were comfortable and perfect for 2 -the area is quiet

-it is far for the centre, whoever you can take a bus or the metro (both stations are very close) and you get there in 30 mins aprox -there was a little plastic packaging left by the side of the bed, probably the cleaning person didnt notice it but the room was clean other than that
