Everything was quite acceptable. Hotel location is really nice for who traveling by car, out of chaotic city and close to metro station. plenty of parking place with reasonable price. the zone is safe, some fastfood shop and supermarket in nearby. exceptional staff at reception, very respectful and help for any needs. The bathroom was small but everything was proportional. generally, it was nice stay at hotel. They gave us the option to choose if we need daily refresh and indication was clear. Really appreciated the environmental friendly recommendations at hotel.

Some part of room was damaged and needs renovation. The towels were so old and to be replaced. Adding some stuff like kettle and coffee machine can add more value to this nice hotel. Very noisy people late at night who talk loudly upon arrival without any respect for other guests, which obviously is not hotel fault.

-great staff, very helpful and responsible -the room had a perfect size -the bathroom was nice, again perfect size, there were no problems with the water temperature -the hotel overall is very nice, there were people in the reception at any time -the beds were comfortable and perfect for 2 -the area is quiet

-it is far for the centre, whoever you can take a bus or the metro (both stations are very close) and you get there in 30 mins aprox -there was a little plastic packaging left by the side of the bed, probably the cleaning person didnt notice it but the room was clean other than that

Most aspects of the hotel are simple and adequate. The room is sparsely furnished, but spacious. The beds are OK, but the pillows are 'standard' hotel-synthetic-rubbery-pillows. They may be fine for some, but I'd take my own pillow with me if I could. There were many USB-charging outlets in our room (at least 6), but they turn off when you turn off electricity in the room. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. There's a single charging station for electric cars, which was enough as ours was the only electric car, but might not be enough in the future. The staff is busy but takes time for every guest.

As mentioned, the pillow would not be my own choice and I'd take my own with me if I could. After finding out there was only a single charging station for electric cars, we were slightly worried a bit it would be taken the day before we would leave: Belgium has notably few charging stations, so we really needed to charge up before leaving. The hotel is well connected by metro, but not close to the center. Expect a trip to the center to take 30 minutes. By car it would take between 20 minutes (at night) and an hour and a half (Saturday afternoon).

Large, clean and comfortable room. Just a few minutes away from the Erasme/Erasmus metro station with direct and fast trains to central Brussels. I stayed in a room facing the metro line, and while passing trains were audible, they were never an issue. Good continental breakfast, which during weekends is available until later. Very nice staff, who served me a warm meal even though I only checked in not long before the hotel restaurant closed.

There is nothing to be mentioned here.

Arrived a little earlier than check-in allowed but spoke with staff and was able to leave car while we jumped on the nearby metro into the centre. Ideally situated just outside of the LEZ making it a good choice for travellers by car to avoid the city charges. Parking costs were reasonable and provided security and peace of mind. The room was clean and comfortable and a decent size with a modern decor. On suite was clean and provided soaps, gels and towels. The downstairs bar was well equipped but also vending machines in the entrance with snacks, soft drinks and even beers. A very pleasant stay, thank you.

Room is clean. Bed size is comfortable. Breakfast is in nice place, with different and delicious food. Staff is very kind.

Room was small- big enough for a short stay, small for longer vacations. I would like to have a water heater to prepare a coffee or tee in the room. You could expect some noise in the room from elevator, train, emergency vehicles,…

The room, staff, and breakfast were great. There is no rush for check-in/check-out, which really impressed me. Also, the breakfast is served from 6:30 until 10:00 or 11:00, depending on the day, so you have plenty of time to have it. The end of the metro line 5 is at a 5 minute walk.

Nothing to complain about

Clean place, kind staff, close to the metro, quite area, fresh air as there is not much traffic.

The room was a bit small. Not too many shops around if you need to buy something to eat or drink and your options are the automatic machine from the lobby or the small restaurant at the hotel (didn't try it because of being always on a time race) Hint: there is a Delhaize at the Erasme Hospital (but I found out that it closes at 6) or Cora 10 minutes far away from the hotel.

The location, opposite the metro station, is superb as you can be right in the centre of Brussels with the greatest of ease. The staff are faultless and cannot do enough to help you. A special mention for Melanie who is a breath of fresh air and is everything you could want from a receptionist. Well done to all the girls!

The restaurant menu never changes so a bit of imagination there would be good. The beer is also very expensive. Charging to park in the hotel’s car park is a bit mean also.
