Good location & the room was so clean except the sink it blocked all the time when u wash Ur hand ,staff well mannered

When they're told me that I've got 2 free cocktail drinks but when I got to their bar , they're offered only wine & soft drinks ,hello is that a cocktail or maybe they don't the meaning of cocktail

Breakfast is excellent, a lot of variety and everything fresh. Coffee, even though from a machine, couldn't be better. The bed is extremely comfortable and gave us both a good night's sleep, even though we are poor sleepers usually. Large size room and shower room. Lots of tv channel choice.

This is the third time we've stayed in this hotel, and overall it is all to be recommended. However, I do not understand how the bedroom has no shelves whatsoever, simply hangers from a rail for coats, trousers etc. and a few pegs. Given the large space, why not put some shelves in to aid travellers rather than keeping everything in a suitcase.

Location of the hotel was good for me because I used a lot to Brussel Midi train station. But if you want to walking distance to attraction places, you have to choose another hotel because it is just a little far away to city center and the more importantly surroundings of the hotel is not reassuring because of the homeless people :s (but as well you will see a lot of homeless all over the Brussel)

The location directly opposite the station (Midi) was perfect when arriving by Eurostar. The hotel itself was clean, with good amenities and pleasant, helpful staff. The room was well equipped and had tea and coffee making facilities. The distance into the centre was a brisk 15-20 minute walk and felt safe, even at night for a solo traveller.

It's not clear where the entrance to the hotel is. There is a sign but the doors beneath the sign don't really look like the front of a hotel and two of them were locked so it takes persistence to get in until you know that. The external doors lead onto an internal courtyard which then leads to the more obvious front of the hotel.

Perfectly located over the road from Bruxelles-Midi train station - and used by Eurostar and other train staff - but there was no road (or rail) noise to interrupt our sleep up on the sixth floor. From here the Metro network was easily accessible and it was only a 20-minute walk to La Grand Place. All the staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English to assist us. The bed was comfortable, and there was a good choice of breakfast items.

Some form of noisy (but assumedly essential) maintenance work commenced in a nearby room on Saturday morning, but not until about 10am as we were preparing to head out for the day.

Quiet room with a nice and firm bed, slept like a log! The bathroom is big and roomy and easy to use ( I am disabled and found the shower easy enough to use, a grabrail would have been welcomed but I didn't ask for a more disability friendly bathroom so can't complain about that!). The staff is welcoming and helpful, and leaves it up to you how much interaction you want with them. There is a breakfast option should you want it and also a bar and some snacks + sandwiches can be purchased. When you check out, you can safely leave your bags with the hotel if you have hours to spare before travelling on. All in all this hotel is to be recommended.

Hmm, a fridge in the room would have been a nice bonus but I knew there wasn't one there so can't really complain about that.

The hotel is located right next to the Brussels Midi(Zuid) train station. Hence, reaching the hotel is easy. There is a tram and bus station also near the hotel. Hence, accessing the other modes of public transport is also easy. The staff is friendly and service-oriented. Housekeeping staff takes care of cleaning the room diligently. Rooms are sufficiently large. There is a small table and two chairs in the room. A cabinet with a digital safe is available. The cabinet is large enough to store personal items. Bathrobes and slippers are available in the rooms. There is a coffee machine and a kettle. There are enough options available in the breakfast buffet.

The rooms are not well-lit. I think the lighting of the room can be improved. The shampoo and body wash bottles are kept in an awkward place in the bath. For some reason, it is kept far from the shower head. The coffee and milk sachets were not refilled during room cleaning. We were able to drink coffee in the room on the first day. But since it was not refilled we had to wait till breakfast to get coffee. Also, the coffee cups and spoons in the room were not clean. The waffles are missing from the breakfast :) The hotel being in Belgium should offer waffles for breakfast I think :)

I stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson in Brussels for 3 nights as a solo business traveller. This appears to be a "light" business travel concept by Radisson which offers excellent value for money with slightly low frills in terms of room furnishings and general amenities. For example, the room did not have a dresser, safe or minibar. On the other hand, the bed was excellent and the desk was large enough that I could work from the room each day when needed. Internet strength and stability were both excellent. The room was modern and quiet. All furnishings were in good condition and operational. There was also lots of space. I didn't use many of the hotel facilities: I skipped breakfast, and did not use the gym this time around. The check in was professional and easy. The location is easy: it is across the street from Gare Midi, which has a direct line to the airport. You can also catch a subway to central Brussels. The central station is a difficult location (see below). The price / value was excellent during my stay. One afternoon I walked up the Avenue Stalingrad and Rue du Midi from the hotel to the Grand Place. The first 6-8 blocks were difficult given their location and public works. About 10 blocks up the quarter became quite normal and interesting. And in about 20-25 minutes I was in the Grand Place.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the location, across from Gare Midi, is terrible. The train station is overrun with homeless and drunks. If you are coming to Brussels expecting to see something nice, it's not in this neighbourhood. It's a shame, given how much effort and funding the government has put into the central area. (I remember this place from 20 years ago: the buildings are now larger but not much else has changed). Having said that, there are some large-scale projects underway and I would not be surprised to see some level of gentrification take place.

This property is literally on the doorstep of the Brussels Midi train station. Perfect for a couple of nights stop over in Brussels. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very spacious. I read a lot of reviews beforehand about the neighbourhood being generally unsafe particularly at night, in our experience we felt it was actually ok. However we found it generally challenging to find places to eat nearby particularly on a Sunday when most places are closed. I would recommend catching public transport into the Brussels city centre for dinner, however we also had a lovely meal down at the bar in the hotel one night when we were too tired to venture out. Would happily stay here again and definitely one of the nicer budget hotels we have stayed at in Europe with our 4 month old Bub!
