This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and just like the first time it was great. The hotel is located near Brussels Midi Station which is just a 7 minute walk away, making it a great location if you are staying the night before an early morning train. The room was great; it was clean, comfortable and modern and had all the amenities you need for a short and long stay. There is both a coffee machine and kettle with coffee and tea provided. The room was also very spacious. The staff is very friendly. This hotel is honestly a gem in this location.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel, the room or the service. The whole experience was great.

Nice clean room. Everything in the room is very neat and looks great. So I feel quite comfortable in the room itself. There were also two complimentary bottles of water in the room, which was a nice touch

in my room the window overlooked the technical staircase and ran into the wall. Also in the evening the operation of the ventilation systems was quite audible, which created a slight hum in the room, but it did not interfere much, so I had a good night's sleep. The trains were not heard. The door to the hotel opens with a button and not automatically/with a handle, which confused me the first time

First about the 3 staff members that I met. Unfortunately I don't know their names. But they all were ready to help and provide information. Location is excellent. Brussles Midi is like 3 mins walk. Room was good with a small refrigerator, toilettries, tea coffee maker, USB ports for charging (it's cool isn't it?). We liked the bed - nice n soft. Nothing I can complain

It's not really something I didn't like and would like to complan. But the breakfast spread on our second day (which happened to be sunday) was kind of parse. Perhaps there were two few people for breakfast that morning

Location is great if travelling by train or arriving from Charleroi airport by bus,and don’t want far to drag luggage. Staff friendly and helpful, place acceptedly clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom and good shower. Rooms large and comfy king size bed.

General area is somewhat run down and nowhere handy to eat out. Need to walk down to centre for eating places. About 20 minutes to walk, or can go by Metro at Midi. Only issue we had was that we couldn’t open the room safe as it was already left locked by previous guests. Reported it to reception but no one attended to it.

The room was pretty clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. Despite small, it was pretty well organised and covered all my needs. Mohammad and AbdulHafiz in reception were super nice and helpful. The location is perfect. It is 2-4 min walk from Gare Du Midi, 15 mins from the heart of brussels and all touristic attractions. It is a 20 mins walk to ixelle, and you can have a stroll easily in Saint Gilles. Left my luggage in the hotel, on my checkout day, and got it on my way to the station which was super easy n nice and allowed me to enjoy the city hassle free.

The hotel was complet and the room I got looked over a building that had work going on during my stay.

Staff very friendly. Very close to the station & where we wanted to visit. TV had lots of channels.

We had a room at the front & it was very bright at night - lots of outside lights & only one curtain. It's very expensive for a small hotel located in quite a 'poor' area, you don't want to wander far at night & there are few decent restaurants near by. Bathroom was well appointed but cold. Had to unplug the telephone to many flashing lights.

Overall still nice to stay here. Staff were all nice.

I want to point out the house keeping has to improve. The first day I checked in, there’re no bottle of water, only the second day I knew they offered. The second day was nice and it came to third night, the paper slippers were gone(even though I didn’t need them), the tissue weren’t replenished and some other minor points. After all I could still live on it.

Clean, comfortable modern hotel ideally located very close to Bruxelles Midi railway station (especially if you use Exit 2 to Centre Ville). Our room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Range of restaurants nearby (we can recommend La Ruche Steak and Ribs, shown as De Korf on Google maps).

Being so close to the railway station, the trains were very audible, but we still enjoyed our 2-night stay. Breakfast is not included.

The bathroom was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a good assortment of food for breakfast and the breakfast room was lovely. The hotel receptionist recommended a nearby restaurant called La Ruche, and we went there both nights because it was incredibly good! The hotel receptionist was very helpful.

There were a lot of stains on the carpet in the room we had. They had bowls of lovely fresh fruit for breakfast, but most of the fruit was unripe, too hard, and therefore couldn't be eaten. To walk to the hotel from the Midi station, you had to go through a very smelly underpass. The area around the hotel wasn't the best. We came back to our room after 4pm, and it still hadn't been serviced!

Location to Brussels Zuid Station is excellent for one-night stopover. Staff and main entrance are very welcoming. The room and bathroom were very clean with the addition of little extras such as razor and toothbrushes. Tea and coffee facilities in room along with usb sockets.

The bathroom door was a sliding door, which was quite noisy to open, whilst others slept (understand why they had it as room was quite tight for space)
