Breakfast was good, everything at hand, nice selection of fresh continental foods & tea and coffee. all breakfast was set up for your arrival in the morning, very good service. The restaurant down stairs in the main building was very nice, with very good food selection with staff very attentive.

The amount of stairs to climb to the top floor rooms, there was a chair lift, but was not working, this only took you up one set of long stairs, then you have a door then another two sets of shorter stairs to go, and with luggage it can be daunting. The room I stayed in was adequate & clean, but the problem I had in that room was that the value window had no blind, shutter or covering, so I was awake at 5.45am.

Our group of 4 were given 4 rooms in the newly converted loft. rooms were decent size, very clean, nice shower, beds were comfortable, no complaints at all. Breakfast was prepared for us in the small personal dining are next to our rooms, decent breakfast but nothing hot. We eat in the restaurant, which we thought was expensive until we saw the food, which was plentiful and very good quality. In all a very good place to stay. Only down side was we could not check in until 6pm when it opened.

We couldn't check in until 6pm. Apart from that, all good

Absolutely superb hotel, staff were so attentive and helpful Food was first class, couldn’t fault it Mimi looked after us very well

Our only bad points were the windows didn’t open fully enough and the rooms were a little stuffy, the bathroom vent in the upstairs bathroom kept us awake during the night with its flapping from the outside wall. The steps into the little annex needed a hand rail, the steps were very steep and were difficult to get up for someone with mobility issues.

Clean rooms with Aircon helped in warm weather The lady who met was very patient and pleasant

Difficult to converse as well had limited french and the only person I met had limited english Impossible to communicate by phone as only had an answerphone to leave message. I think from a call to me the previous day they wanted me to arrive earlier than previously agreed. As I was travelling by Eurotunnel this was difficult, but I managed to get an earlier train and arrived early only to have to wait outside with no access to any facilities having spent 4 hours without stopping

everything was perfect.I was travelling by car so it was easy to reach the hotel. Parking - free, large with a lot of places. The room is clean and enough space for one person. Did not use the internet so I do not know the quality. Really friendly personnel. I was very tired so had dinner in the restaurant downstairs. it was amazing - big portions and really tasty

The upholstery on the headboard was a little worn out. otherwise no claims

Beautiful hotel in a small Belgian town. Staff were very accommodating of our late check in due to vehicle breakdown. The rooms were very modern and clean. A good breakfast was laid out for us in the morning.

There was nothing we could fault.

Great restaurant and well kept grounds. Very well priced for the room standard, plus air conditioning which was bonus. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Room smaller than average, had slanted ceiling which reduced headroom. Lots of stairs to get there.
