The rooms were both of good size. Clean, comfortable, good bed size. Mattresses were a bit on the soft side for our personal preferences but OK for a couple of nights. On site breakfast was OK, not a huge variety but good enough for a breakfast before spending the day out. We went in late October, so the surrounding forest was already in autumn mode, all quite nice a beautiful but I am sure some of the other hotel facilities can be better enjoyed in summer. Our main reason to go there was to visit the Paira Daiza zoo, this hotel was in a perfect location to do so. Plus for me was the small gym, it had good enough basic equipment to clock a couple of workouts.

The mattresses were a bit too soft but OK for a couple of night, had we stayed longer, I think it would have been a bigger issue. The pillows were very small. This probably sounds like a small matter, but over longer stays it can be uncomfortable.

I was told that I was upgraded to a lodge, which was a standalone barrack in the woods. Very well designed. It might be good for some people to stay in such a room, but it would be nicer if I was given the option to prefer a room. Normally I don't prefer this room. For example, the glass ceiling was not what I would prefer. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The lodge was nice, but not my type. Breakfast should be improved.

That was a modern hotel with chalet in unique modern design. That was a pleasure to stay in one of the chalet with windows looking to the autumn forest and be awake with birds whistles. Restaurant has a nice interior and tasty menu. Breakfast was good as well. Bread was fresh and warm.

Our chalet was not for high people, but the rest was well.

It's a great location in the middle of a forest. Great outdoors, we hope to come again in better weather. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The little wooden houses are extremely cute. Room was quite big. Free and wide parking. Lots of food options in the area, and there's a restaurant in the hotel as well.

Pool was a bit cold. Breakfast is too expensive. It's true, rooms' noise isolation is not great and some guests decided before 7 am and after 11 pm are good hours to chat loudly.

i absolutely love the location and the theme of this hotel. room was clean and tidy even so was the cheapest i could find in the hotel as we were only staying for 1 night, however i am a returning customer as we stayed last in 2013 and we loved hotel staff is kind and friendly, the internal swimming pool was good and not very deep if you worried about kids. restaurant have a good menu and is very nice there in did. breakfast complete with the choice of hot cold food. parking is available to. hotel staff spoke good English. i enjoyed so much I'm actually thinking next time we got time off to spend some days there (probably with upgrade room) ideally will will try to get one of the villas on the back of the hotel as they awesome. merci

the room we stay needs better illumination on the bathroom (a couple extra lights would do the trick) the shower head was a bit to low but i'm 198cm tall anyone under this high will be fine. there is some maintenance under going (as usually will be happening everywhere)but personally i think the painters(or maintenance staff) should leave the place were they work tidy.one last observation the outside surroundings need to be tidy up.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations and the location, in the middle of an ancient forrest, is amazing.

I didn't like the smell of the room we had been assigned although it was clean. Furthermore one nightstand was absent ( ripped from the wall ).

The twin rooms are quite big and cozy. We even had a small terrace. Bathroom was big. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Open buffet style. The indoor pool was nice. Not too deep and a bit small but that was not a problem for us. Very nice outdoor restaurant terrace and a small pond.

Carpets in the room seemed dirty. The water in the shower would drain very, very slow and after both me and my partner took a shower, half the bathroom floor was wet. Outdoor terrace chairs were not cleaned for quite a while. We could hear people talking outside our room.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room.

Breakfast was disappointing. Only 1 slice of bacon and small portion of scrambled eggs available when we arrived. Cereals and fruit were good but no English tea or milk alternatives were available.

Everything. Especially meat in restaurant.

A little noisy in late evening, some ventilation machine or other worked. Also small suggestion - there is a big standby bright blue bulb on TV, it can annoy people who is hard to fall asleep.

Nice location

Bathroom had clear glass window from inside shower into main part of room. Made it uncomfortable to shower as other people in room had to stay on 1 half of room so as not to be able to see you shower.
