Due to the hot weather they offered free cold drinks consisting of water and some sort of lemonade which in my opinion was very tasty. The location is also superbe when you arrive with public transport since it is close to the train and bus station and its litterly located in the city center. Personel was also very friendly. Sidenote: Can't say anything about the breakfast since I didn't include it in my stay.

There is not actually any downside since I just stayed for one night, but if I had to say something it would be that theres not a lot of sound isolation between the rooms. Besides this no real cons.

The staff were really friendly, polite and extremely helpful! We had a problem in our first room and they were very helpful in arranging another room for us—even gave us an upgrade! You can't beat the location either! Super close to the train station and to the main spots of the town. I'd stay there again!

The beds weren't that comfortable, unfortunately. There were two separate single mattresses instead of one, which made sleeping in the middle impossible.

I have been travelling for work to my client in Belgium and I strongly recommend ibis Kortrijk centrum hotel! It is ideal hotel for business trips, fast and professional admin service, clean room. Looking forward for my next business trip to Belgium and I have already booked again the services of ibis Kortrijk centrum hotel!

No real remarks

The city and the staff were great. We didn't stay in the hotel except for at night, so it didn't matter all too much

The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken and taped on, every time it fell off (because the tape did nothing) it would non stop blow untill you re-taped it. The walls were dirty, and no one cleaned the lampshades in a while. There was black mold in our shower.

The location was excelent, closes to city center and to all main attractions. The breakfast had good fresh food and you could enjoy freshly squeezed orange juice. Room was quite and cleaned every day. Bed was conformable too. WiFi was working just fine, I could even work on my laptop.

Right outside the hotel lobby there were countless "bum" like people drinking alcohol and a few times as we left the hotel and entered outside we got called all kinds of names in a threathing way. I don't understand why the hotel doesn't clear these people out of the door way.

Rooms where ok , IBIS size . Breakfast was great but at times it happened that there was no bacon or sausages ready to serve as they were preparing it in the kitchen. The fresh orange juice machine ( self service ) was TOP :-) Reception, lobby bar staff was only one person at all time ( changed according to shift ) maybe 2 staff would have permitted them and clients to engage more with the hotel staff . All very friendly though if we asked for something. Breakfast we also saw only one staff during the breakfast time and despite being busy they were always friendly and smiling . Room cleaning staff, extremely friendly, well done ! Location is central.

No Hotel Parking space . We had to use the public undergrounds parking which is located only 30 meters from the hotel. Of course this added up to over 20 Euro per day/night . But thanks God the parking was so close to the hotel.

Needed some extra space to pack, and put things on/ in

The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. There were earplugs available which were helpfull during the night so you couldn’t hear other guest walking in the hallway. We had a small problem with the shower but that was fixed very soon after we told the staff about It. Very good location near everything in Kortrijk.

For a low budget hotel it was very good. Nothing we didn’t like.

Nice hotel located in the center of Kortrijk. The room itself was basic, clean shower, clean bathroom etc. The bed was very comfy, although my stay was a one nighter, i did manage to get a good nights sleep. Nothing fancy about the breakfast, just a standard set breakfast, everything you need. A two minute walk and you're on the main square where there are a number of very good cafes and restaurants. Spoiled for choice i'd say:!!
