The hotel is very well located and we enjoyed being in the heart of the city. The room was spotless clean and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the black out curtains.

The reception is not permanently staffed so there is some waiting time before you can check in. The only true negative point is the absence of parking (even though we announced we needed some on arrival). There were only 3 spots at the hotel (all occupied) and we therefore needed to park nearby for an extra 17 euros. I wish we could have received at least a voucher..

Clean, friendly good location with beautiful garden. If you use the sauna/hammam make sure to wear a robe as the windows of the fitness area have a view on the garden. Parking wasn't entirly clear but as soon as it got explained to us there was enough parking space. We had a very pleasant visit! And the soap smells amazing.

I'd cover the windows in the fitness.

Everything looks great and seems to be new. Personell was very kind and breakfast was prepared perfectly. There are 3 hotel parkingspots. You can also park in the streets (paid) or the Houtmarkt underground garage (€15-20/day). Restaurants and shops are only a short walk away.

It was not easy to find stairs to go up or down. Breakfast is great but costs €18 / day.

just short of Dunkirk on return to Uk it has a good position in the town and very comfortable and easy parking. we happened to be there while the town had a fantastic music festival which was absolutely superb and so much fun we might have to come again next year!

Excellent breakfast. Nice room with plenty of air. Great shower room.

Would prefer to have a small cellar room or similar for safe storage of bikes. Room was a bit small to take 2 bikes, and Reception Foyer is rather open to the street.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, friendliness of the staff. We could check-in a bit earlier which was really nice given that we wanted to head straight to the festival.

Airco did not work so well, neither the exhauster in the bathroom.

First of all stuff was very friendly, rooms clean, breakfast with everything. We really enjoyed our stay , definitely we will book the same for next year. And location was perfect also, in the centre of the town.

Very quiet area and building. So, it is great to rest/sleep there. Clean and comfortable. If you look for restaurants and bars, you will find them around 5 minutes walking. Nice staff.

Very modern and clean hotel with very friendly staff providing great service. The rooms are excellent and breakfast is exceptional!

Not a big problem, but the drinks vending machine did not work and our TV only had 1 channel :D

Bed was super comfortable. And well... That's kinda it. It was pretty cool that they had extra pillows though! We had a small pillow fight and everything.

The TV is kinda old. I wanted to stream stuff on my phone to the TV, but it don't have a screen share option. I mean...I guess it's okay to save money lol.
