The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and professional.The room was nicely renovated and the shower was also a new, spacious walk-in shower with good pressure.Nice shower products an towels.The beds are comfortable.The breakfast was good with a good choice and lovely bread. You can take an umbrella at the hotel when it rains and the hotel is only 1 s treet away from the boardwalk and beach, bars, restaurants and shops are nearby.You can leave your bags in a bag room after check-out. The train station is only a good 10 minutes walking distance.

The room and bathroom are quite small, not much privacy if you are not a couple and very little closet space .Our room had a view on the backside of a building so not so nice. The bar was closed at night when we were there so we went for drinks at a nearby hotel. The hotel is basic but correct in pricing and value for money in Oostende.

Never stayed here before but our normal hotel was full. The Pacific was just round the corner so we new it was in a great place. " mins from the beach,marina,fish market and the main square with many bars and restaurants. The place was warm cosy and immaculate. There is a small cosy bar with wood paneling and a lovely breakfast room, best of all was the fantastic breakfast with the usual cheese, bread,salami fruit and real bacon along with a hot selection. Tea and coffee are from a machine so no waiting and the coffee is strong. Highly recommended

Good location, very tasty breakfasts with a large selection of products, I even got gluten-free buns, which was very nice! Very nice and helpful hotel staff, and the possibility of using the sauna for an additional fee. Everything very clean. I recommend this hotel, it's worth staying in!

Our only reservation concern the hotel room, it was very small, although tastefully and practically furnished, but overlooking the wall of the building.

Great breakfast comfortable room and very good location. The staff were very helpful and were available to chat with virtually any time.

There could have been more than one choice of English programmes to accommodate British visitors . Would have been good to see at least BBC or ITV.

Comfortable room, very clean. The breakfast was very good and hot food was available a big bonus. Very pleasant staff. Location is virtually in the middle of Oostende so access to the local market, tram service and shops for the" ladies" are close by.

More choice of bread rolls that' s about it

This is not a luxury hotel, but it was exceptionally clean, quiet and had everything you could want, including a drinks fridge. Breakfast is included and was very good. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. Completely dog friendly!

I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is pet friendly. Room was very clean and spacious, good breakfast. Great location too, close to the beach. We will definitely be back!
