When you walk in, you’re immediately greeted with the signature hotel scent which makes it feel really relaxing and luxurious. The entrance is definitely the best part, but the hallways especially are a bit more outdated and less clean. However, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff at the reception was very friendly too.

We think it’s a tad bit overpriced especially since breakfast is not included in the room rate.

It's a nice hotel, well coordinated Interior design. The breakfast is good. The bed is comfortable so I slept good. The staff in the breakfast area is very nice as well as in the reception.

The room was not properly cleaned. I saw toilet brush laying on the floor for days. The chiller was sticky. The toilet was difficult to flush.

Very rich breakfast. It is only 5 minutes walk from the sea. The room was small but very practical and well decorated

I stayed two night. The room was not cleaned between these nights. I expected this to happen in the morning but the cleaning stuff knocked my door at the afternoon. I asked them to wait 30 minutes to get out but they didn't wait. I reported the incident to the reception but they said that the stuff left and did not solve it. I would expect a more professionalism on this.

I'm not a lover of RM style furniture and the bedroom was overloaded. I think 5 pieces of furniture which made it hard to move around. The shower was difficult to turn.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Parking is immediately next to the hotel and costs 27€/day. Very clean room. Even though we didn't need to get the room cleaned after the first night, they left us fresh towels and coffee and a new bottle of water right in front of our hotel room.

Lovely little boutique hotel right next to the beach. The young man at the reception desk was a delight. Beautiful Christmas decorations made it feel extra cozy. Great for getting on the tram to see the entire coastline.

Our view into the courtyard was bad but we didn't book a room with an Oceanview so that was to be expected.

Friendly staff, rooms with AC, very good breakfast, location is 100 m to the beach and promenade, bathroom with large walk-in shower. Reservation in nieuwe zeedijk parking (100m away) is recommended esp. in peak season or when arriving on sundays.

The position is great, the rooms are modern and spacious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Last but not least the breakfast buffet was delicious (although a bit pricey- 20 € per person).

The baby cot comes at an extra cost of 20€ per night, but it seems to be the way in most of the hotels in Oostenda.

Great location and comfortable beds which is all you really need

More like a three star, facilities were limited and the room wasn't very clean also would say it probably 180ft not 269ft as advertised

Loved the room decoration, it was very cozy and not as generic as many other hotels. Bed was very comfortable and TV had many channels. Location is great, very near the beach promenade and the shopping streets, about 15 min walk to the train station.
