You get twice the space you get in a hotel room. Manhattan room overlooks a beautiful park. Bus 66 takes you downtown in 15-20 minutes. We met Florence (the owner) and she is a very nice lady. So is Lucia (who works for her). Breakfast is good and very affordable. WiFi speed was very good. Appreciated the free chocolates and drinks.
Need to be aware that the room is in the first floor (for Americans this means the second floor) so there are stairs to climb in case you have mobility issues. For us it was not an issue. Need to be aware that there is no air conditioning. For us it was not an issue.

We had a lovely stay at this bed and breakfast! The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight—reasonably priced, abundant, with fresh juice to top it off. The Manhattan Room was cosy and had a view of a busy roundabout, but the soundproofing meant we barely heard a thing once the windows were closed. We also appreciated having access to the living room all day, especially with its great selection of teas and coffee. Although it may seem a bit far from the city centre at first glance, the convenience of a bus stop literally at the doorstep made getting around a breeze. Overall, a delightful stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
We did have a minor issue accessing the parking on the first night due to some cars blocking our spot, but the owners quickly found a solution the next morning, which speaks to their dedication to making guests feel comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Avenue Deschanel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The owners were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel is very convenient, situated just a few bus-stops away from the city center. This made it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy all the attractions without being in the hustle and bustle of the main city.
One minor hiccup during our stay was a parking issue. There was a car blocking the way right in front of the parking garage, making it a bit challenging to park. However, this was not the fault of the property owners, but rather an inconvenience caused by the surrounding area.

Beds were comfy, staff was friendly and worked very hard to give us a comfortable stay, we appreciated the help. The parking is super convenient and the rooms are big and spacious.
The second day of breakfast one of the ham options had fungus on it. We left it outside of the fridge as there was no one to let know of this but the same was put back in the fridge later on. There was also VERY rotten milk in the fridge and we unfortunately made a coffee with it but thankfully it was visibly rotten while pouring and we didn't drink it. It was changed instantly but there should be more attention to the food every day.

The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and excelled in communication. The breakfast provided was outstanding. it appears to have undergone recent renovations.
The building does not have an elevator, so if you have large luggage, you will need to carry it up a flight of stairs to reach the rooms. However, it's not a significant issue. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right outside the building, and the travel time to the city center or other attractions is approximately 30 minutes.

Super close to bus station Spacious Very clean Prompt facilities Big stairs Its modern look Very nice host
- I couldn’t find its label so I walked around the corner a couple of minutes.—In fact, it’s a brick one located exactly at the corner. You can search on Google Map to see how it looks like. - The strong leather smell. Not sure are they all the same in all room but mine was ‘Manhattan’ room. Luckily, they prepared nice vanilla candlelight. It really helped. — Maybe you should ask the property first.

B&B Avenue Dechanel is a great place to stay during a visit in Brussels. It is a very nice place with beautiful, clean rooms, with attention to detail and I felt very welcome during my stay. There is a lovely park directly outside and despite being located on a busy road it was not noisy at all. I really enjoyed the free coffee and the provided soda. Check in and out was pretty easy and the communication with the owners was quick and very helpful. The neighbourhood is pretty nice too and public transportation is close by. I would definitely recommend staying there!

Youri is the perfect host in a home away from home. He's reliable and always helpful with whatever you need: breakfast (awesome!) for the kids, recommendation for restaurants, solution for parking problems,... The breakfast was great, there is a bus to downtown right in front of the house, there are refreshing drinks in the fridge. Sweet surprise included. Perfect :)

The B&B was very welcoming and cosy. The room was beautifully decorated and a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The room came with utensils and a kitchenette to cook your own food which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value for money. All in all, an excellent stay. Would highly recommend. Our hosts very extremely hospitable.
Nothing.

We loved our time in Brussels. The B&B is located right on the bus stop for easy transport anywhere you want to go. The area itself is beautiful as well and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods. Youri was an excellent host and we enjoyed learning about Belgian beer as well as a wonderful breakfast in the mornings. The room has all of the ammenities you might need and the bed was very comfortable.
