Location was great for my purposes. The room was big, but dated. Clean and everything worked, but an update would be great. The breakfast is good. However, you can not get dinner at the hotel restaurant on Sundays.
The pictures of the rooms are quite flattering compared to reality.

The hotel recently changed property and the the staff at the desk moved from wearing an elegant uniform to a ridiculous sweater in an ugly blue colour and printed with a big "smile" on the back. I believe that this is an insult to their professionality, IMHO the management should reconsider this choice, the desk staff is the first contact point for customers and shouldn't be asked to wear in a way that depreciates their professionality. Looks like the new management is trying to "renew" the image of the hotel as if it was an old company taken over by a start-up of young hipsters. Please, step back from this!

The breakfast was great and I would definitely recommend adding it to the booking as it’s quite expensive if booked separately (as we did this when our daughter visited). A great selection of fruits, cereals, pastries, breads and hot food such as bacon, sausage, eggs etc. The reception area is really comfortable, modern in design and relaxing. The staff were fantastic and really helpful and also allowed us a later checkout (at an additional cost) and also booked us a taxi to the airport. Cleaning was carried out daily which was fantastic. The room, albeit a bit dated in its decoration, was clean, quiet, had air con, a safe and a small fridge. The coffee machine and coffee pods was a great addition too. It was a great location for our needs and also very close to the main train station.
The room was a little dated in its decoration but very clean. Could only find a couple of tv channels in full English - smart tv’s could be a future investment??? The train / metro / bus station (and nothing to do with the hotel) is undergoing significant renovation and is very run down and can feel a little unsafe at night. Loads and loads of police about which was reassuring though and the hotel is literally next to the police station too.

People working in the hotel are very likable. The building interior is spacious and the room was big and very comfortable. It has many useful features like a small kettle, fridge, slippers. Towels were changed daily even if I didn't drop it on the floor. The bathroom was clean and with a huge mirror on the whole wall. It was very quiet - I didn't hear anything from outside the room. Materace was hard and perfect to get good spine support. We had twin beds - they were quite big,I could roll on the other site without falling on the floor. The lobby is huge and beautiful with plenty of art and fashion books from Taschen to check. Corridors have paintings and nice decorations. It has few light sources - light is nicely dimmed and warm.
I liked everything. I saw people complaining in the comments that it is "old". Definitely it is not brand new - you can see some rear and wear here and there (like in everybody's homes?) but still it is a very nice hotel. The hotel is on the border of the business district with plenty of skyscrapers on the right and on the left there is a poor Arabic untidy district. But it's literally desolate and I would call it safe for sure.

Very spacious and comfortable room on the 3rd floor, clean, with mini fridge and heating. The location is ideal for those that use Flixbus for small/big trips in other countries, only 5 mins away. Quiet neighborhood (mostly business area) felt safe though we never stayed out too late. Super market nearby to buy goodies but also loved the mini market in the reception area, very convenient. Friendly stuff. I would recommend this hotel.
Though i have travelled all over the world it was the very first time i was asked for a safety deposit of 100 euro upon arrival, i knew it from the beginning but i find it unacceptable. Breakfast should be offered in a better price. There is no metro station nearby you have to walk a lot to find the nearest one.

The room was spacious included a fridge, tv and coffee and tea making facilities. The room was clean and it was accessible to the tram which was a 5 minute walk. The breakfast had lots of choice and was clean and staff were available if you needed anything however there was only 1 high chair for the whole restaurant and if it was taken it was bad luck! There is a secure car park at the basement of the property however it is expensive and for 2 nights we paid €50.
The reception staff was rude, abrupt and you felt that a question was too much for them. The handwashing, and shampoo were out and weren’t refilled and the room was dated and did need a few touch ups.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the beds very good. There is a great foyer area and the restaurant was very good. The staff were brilliant!
If I had to fault anything it is that the location is a little way away from the Grand Place. It was about 13 euro via Uber. But we knew this. It is right near the police station though so the area around the hotel is okay. This is important for Brussels - it really was not a city that we enjoyed or felt comfortable in. The hotel was actually a bit of a sanctuary.

- the lobby was great - in a quiet place, although beside the road - room cleaning service was great - overall cleanliness of the room was top - they provided double/extra pillow without being asked, enough and clean towels - easy check-in and they kept our luggage for the day after checking-out, and with a token
- unfortunately, they didn't provide water for the 2nd day. - no hand-tissue in the room, had to use toilet-papers instead - no toothpaste/brush, future visitors are advised to bring their own - in the bathroom, the handwash bottle was kept near the shower tub and the shower gel/shampoo was kept near the basin, which we found a bit weird - a bit expensive breakfast

Very clean and spacious hotel, nice room with hot shower and hot water for bath. Very large bed also. Slightly outside centre of city, but wasn't too far of a walk and was quiet at night Supermarket located nearby also.
Most everything with the stay went really well. The hotel did seem to be going through a transition phase as it has recently changed ownership so they were very minor snags, mainly being unable to get extra pillows for room. Other than that, everything was great!

Staff were brilliant from start to finish and so accommodating and friendly. Room was a great size and very clean. Facilities absolutely brilliant, with a lovely private garden area for guests. Food in the hotel was excellent and there are also other places nearby to eat (Sel & Miel was fab). Location isn't central to Brussels but we used the train station nearby and taxis to get about.
The area near the station (Gare du Nord) does feel a bit run down and didn't feel as safe at night but overall, the location was great for the money we paid.
