Beachfront location. Roof terrace with hammocks and sun loungers. Basic kitchen at the roof terrace. Clean room, very comfortable bed, good shower, clean bathroom. Quiet and well-functioning air-conditioning. Good ventilation in the bathroom. Super friendly and helpful staff.

It was not a problem for us, but in case someone cares: no window in the room, only the bathroom has a big window that opens. There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, so we kept the bathroom door closed at all times: with the bathroom window open and the ventilation fan on all day and night. This inconvenience was not a problem and was outweighed by the positives of the hotel.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a quick stay or a long visit. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. There is a little general store below that has everything you need. The rooms were kept clean, and the staff worked around you to make things easy. The rooms are average size but had a large shower.. The location is perfect. It's right there when you get off the ferry it's right in the middle of what you want.

There are a lot of stairs to get to your rooms, but if you don't mind a little exercise each day, then it won't faze you..

- great location. right next to everything you need but far enough away that it’s quiet and you can’t hear music from bars. supermarket located underneath building (this is also the reception for checkin) - big bathroom with hot water - Tv with Netflix if you want to log in with your own account - good wifi - safe and fridge in room - price was expensive, but everywhere on Caye Caulker is expensive

- room was very small but manageable - staff were ok, but not particularly helpful - entrance not secure, but the area felt safe enough

We had an amazing time at the CC Beach Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfy beds, spacious bathroom, shower was the best so far in Central America! The best part of the hotel is the rooftop patio. There is almost 360 degrees view, shaded and sunny areas, benches, hammocks and sunbeds. We spent a lot of time just hanging out in the cool breeze and it was the best. There is also a kitchen with basic facilities, which we used a lot. Can only recommend!

The only thing I can think of is that we didn't receive a lot of information at check in. Since the check in is done at the supermarket downstairs there isn't really a lot of interaction with the staff, but that didn't bother us. The cleaning lady on the other hand was around a lot and was super nice.

Right on the beach, nice clean room with a large bathroom, fridge in room too which was useful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the bed was really comfortable and the AC and wifi worked well.

The room had extremely bad lighting, Only one strip light in the room. No common areas to meet other guests as the hotel is above a shop. However good value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel is in a really good location and the staff especially the cleaning staff were always friendly and sorted any problems out really quickly. There is a small kitchen on the roof where you can prepare basic meals as well.

The kitchen was a great bonus but not that well equipped with plastic plates and cutlery which was a shame.

Great location .clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was comfortable nice fresh linens comfortable pillows air conditioning very large showers and bathrooms.. excellent view

No elevators. The rooms start at the third floor so you have to walk up the stairs carrying everything. As Advertise the rooms are small approximately 12 foot by 12 foot but comfortable...

Comfortable and centrally located, the room was equipped with everything we may need. Good value for money.

There’s no window in the room, only in the bathroom, so consider it while making your booking - it may be more than ok if you plan to just sleep in the room but if you’re looking for a place where you could chill and spend a lot of time in the hotel, that might not be the greatest experience.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location - in the middle of the island but a few blocks away from the loudest bars, so jo night time noise. Wonderful rooftop terrace, can see both sunrise and sunset from it. The hotel seems to be very new. The air conditioning unit in my room was very modern and very quiet - great for good night sleep. Good bed, spacious shower, overall enjoyed my stay.

loved the rooftop area, good sized comfortable rooms with big bathrooms and powerful shower. Cleaning offered every day, fresh towels, more toilet paper etc. friendly staff and amazing location

kitchen isn’t great (just one hob) but it’s fine to make a very basic breakfast and dinner
