Outdoor andoor swimming pool , nice receptionists -all of them - , new rooms. Comfortable lobby and several kind of sharing places . İt is perfect for families with children except mix gender sauna rooms

Mix gender sauna rooms!!!That was third year which we complained about it anythingis changed . Most of costumers are Müslüm but no seperate women /men saunas or hamam . At least you can decide seperate time.

All of the food was phenomenal with all sorts of lovely items available on the buffet

The distance of the hotel from Sarajevo city centre was a bit inconvenient

The best thing about the hotel was the Mountain View the room was large modern the staff friendly the spa and gym the price was great there’s a mall with everything 8 minutes walk

I’ve been to so many hotels around the world this is the first time no complimentary water even in the gym u have to buy it and the breakfast place was dark and crowded so much food but could be presented in a better way the swimming pools so crowded because people come from outside and use it it’s written no diving or jumping and all the kids are jumping because it’s a thermal should not allow babies and kids they can use outdoor pools which I couldn’t use because so crowded

Hotel policy of charging me for a broken window.... however got to pay 50% of fine imposed for flimsy glass door that was broken by a 5 year old simply thinking it was open.... shouldn't have broken..... but Narmina was nice enough to reduce the fine to 50%..... Dennis the manager was adamant and not appropriate attitude at all.... didn't like when he said even a blind person could see a window!! Unvelievable how he could say that to me for my kid who was bleeding because of their weak windows and doors!!! And Dennis also said you will have to pay full amount no matter what....... would like to send him for some serious trainings please.....

Room, breakfast, staff, all perfect!

SPA is large, but everything about it is poorly organized. It is detached from the hotel so guests have to change in the locker rooms which are cold and not well equipped. Lockers mostly do not even work so they can not be locked. You do not get the towels, as a guest you have to bring one from your room, leaving you without a proper towel in the room. Besides, one towel is not even enough for the spa. ALso there is nothing to drink in the spa and there is only one shower for the all of the spa zone. Frankly, with such a bad organization, you lose the effect of the spa which is large and new and could be wonderful.

Room was huge, breakfast was good,. Special thanks for cleaning ladies on 4-th floor, who were very polite.

I don’t like location, it was very far from city. The room doesn’t have everything you need, like heater in bathroom (you don’t have place where to put things after pool). In side pool was closed duoour stay (we chose thus hotel because of this pool), and they send us outside on pool, where was a lot of people who came from street and it was disappointing experience. You must pay for sunbeds, even if you are hotel guest. In children playroom, which located in hotel, you mast pay too. For me this is not 5 star hotel.

We really liked that the rooms were connected.. we were all able to go to each others room. (8 family memebers) The breakfast and dinner buffet was absolutely awesome. We loved it. Location was awesome too, having the bus station near by We were able to get the bus into Old Town and other places. Just down the road is the street with all the lovely restraunts so if you wanted to dine out you could..there was entertainmemt too. Literally everything in close proximity. Absolutely loved it!

The lobby area is so busy, quite hard to get the attention of staff memebers.

Everything was good Location was good not far from Sarajevo Airport, had a free parking lot, the breakfast buffet was good. The staff most of them were good and nice. I liked the rooms, they were spacious and clean, I couldn’t ask for anything more than what I already had except being told i had free internet but it wasn’t working in my room and i called them 3 times but the issue never resolved but it was not a big deal for me

I like the facilities. It has different pools perfect for kids and adults. The romanian sauna was the best. The breakfast buffet was good.

It’s a bit far from the city but near the airport. However, since it has great facilities, I didn’t have the need to go to the city. Although, I took one day for city tour to explore Sarajevo. There’s also a shopping center nearby. I had a massage with my husband and we had body pain the next day.

Location far from the center of Sarajevo (due to the constant traffic jams in the center of the city I don't think it's an inconvenience), close to the number of shopping malls. Spacious room, very well equipped. Very clean. The hotel is quite big but well organized. Parking and using of outdoor and indoor swimming pools included in the price of accommodation. Excellent breakfasts. A very large selection of dishes.
