Breakfast was OK, not a buffet. You had to order from the menu. Possibly as it was Ramadan. During Ramadan it's very hard to find a place to eat in the evening due to Iftar pre-bookings. The hotel restaurant was booked out the night we stayed. I would recommend the hotel informs customers in advance of this challenge and help make a booking in a restaurant in advance. The hotel staff did try to help, but they should have anticipated this sooner as it effects all their guests during Ramadan.

When evaluating, you always have to consider the performance in relation to the price. Short summary: I would book it again. We had a very nice stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff of the hotel super friendly and helpful. We used the hotel mainly for sleeping and a short breakfast in the morning (We planned to have the real meals outside). We used the private spa on the last night which was reasonable in price. #The hotel, the staff and the location (We specifically wanted a hotel that was a bit quiet, but convenient). o Location a bit outside (about 20min by car from the center), but close to the airport (8min). For us it was perfect. Hardly any traffic. o A few restaurants nearby. I recommend eating in town though. o A small market and shopping facilities 5 minutes by car from the hotel. o The hotel has its own 100% HALAL restaurant. There is some food available at usual prices. But we only drank fresh! squeezed juices and had breakfast. There is a wide selection of different foods, cakes, salads, etc.... There also seem to be locals coming for breakfast (not the hotel buffet), celebrations or dinner. Some of the staff could have been friendlier. Unfortunately, the kitchen closes as early as 9:30pm. + Very friendly staff that speaks super English. + Free parking, + Carriage rides nearby, + Mosques are nearby, + Is not located on a main road Despite proximity to the airport very quiet, + Very nice design. Large wide hallways. Carpeted floors. Lots of wood. + The hotel has a small PRIVATE spa area (No camera, Lockable). There is 1 Jacuzzi pool, a sauna, toilet and shower. Prior reservation is necessary. #The room (superior room with queen size bed). +Very clean, +Good amenities, +Quiet, +Beautiful decor. #Breakfast o Considering the price-performance ratio in my opinion ok. There are different egg dishes, sausage, cold cuts, juice from the machine, fruit, cereals. It could be richer. I found it ok

It is a muslim hotel, so there is no beer in a buffet. It is not a problem but take it into consideration before booking

We booked 2 rooms and were very impressed with them both. We arrived early and wanted to leave our bags at Reception while we went into the city. The very pleasant receptionist said that she was upgrading us and we could have the keys immediately. Wow. What fantastic rooms. We stayed in 201 and 202 which have adjoining doors should you prefer to use them. The rooms are modern, luxurious, spacious, well equipped, very clean with a good, strong shower. All of the staff were friendly and professional. We used the restaurant twice. It has a separate room for smokers, so everyone is happy. This is a high quality hotel without charging extortionate prices.

We didn't realise this is a halal hotel, therefore we couldn't have wine to go with the evening meal. There are vegetarian options on the menu, but vegans will have limited options. That weren't huge issues for us, but we know it might be for some. None of these things would prevent us from staying at this wonderful hotel again.

Highly recommend hotel,in Khalja with a stunning greeny landscape hotel. Manager Mr. Yasmin made our dream come true to celebrate our baby one year old birthday party by making full arrangements from a unique delicious cake to baloons and other party arrangements. It was such a memorial event. Also ,he upgraded the room for a bigger size room and with an amazing view. He made our travel to Sarajevo a memorial, and we extended to stay longer and definitely will keep visiting them soon. Nothing was all great

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this exquisite hotel. The private spa exceeded all expectations, providing a serene and rejuvenating experience. The friendly and attentive staff added a personal touch to every interaction, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The overall ambiance of the hotel reflects a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

Nothing, everything was fine!

Lovely little hotel at a very fair price - we chose a superior room and got upgraded to a veritable suite. Staff were very obliging and there was a decent breakfast buffet, albeit nothing too fancy. Assuming that you realise that you have booked in Ilidza not in Sarajevo proper then the location is excellent. It's a short walk to the plane tree avenue where horse carts lead up to Vrelo Bosna (3km) and if you did want to go into Sarajevo the tram terminus is about 7 minutes' walk away (though note that at present track reconstruction means that the tram stops half way and one switches to a bus for the second half of the 25 minute ride to Bascarsija).

I might have misread the blurb, but I had the impression that there was a swimming pool. In fact there was a "spa" (private use, book on arrival, costs an extra 20 Euros) - that was a sauna and over-sized jacuzzi pool that was a little worse for wear (chipped mosaic inner, only one of the bubble-mechanisms working at a time and in a pre-determined order that made for a fun guessing game but was not particularly impressive)

The hotel location seems ideal when you travel with a car. The area is pretty far from center but it takes you only 15 minutes in a moderate traffic. One side of the hotel is overlooking the park, the second one is less quiet as it stands right on the road with occasional traffic. Unfortunately, the windows overlooking the road can only be open fully, without airing mode which makes it difficult to combine access of fresh air with a quiet sleeping atmosphere :) The mattresses are pretty hard for those who likes to sleep on a softer ones. We also liked the hotel because it's brand new, for us it's one of the key factors among others (location, state of the premises, parking and included breakfast).

I think the breakfast could be better but it's decent.

We booked two wheelchair accesible rooms which might not be accessible for all wheelchair users. The height of our beds was around 80 cm which is much higher than common chairs and wheelchairs (cca. 45-50 cm). In general our rooms and the hotel were clean. On the first day we noticed a specific smell which we associated with the fact that all floors and rooms are carpeted. The breakfast was delicious, especially those little breads. I found it great that the buffet wasn't too large and they filled it when something was running out.

I would appreciate towels to be newer, they were quite rugged on both days. Also, breakfast was not up to expectations- it is a lovely boutique hotel but breakfast offering is quite basic, I would love to see more types of eggs, more veggies and some more additions to cereal bowls. It would be good to expand tea offerings for breakfast as well, as only Indian tea was offered during breakfast.
