Location: easy to access various regions of the city by car and a few minutes drive to great restaurants. Room was comfortable, well maintained and clean. There's a good pizza bar in the hotel. Parking available at the same block (not part of the hotel, but fee is reasonable).

Mineral water available for purchase was extremely expensive considering the average price in the city (or any city in Brazil). Shower: water went from hot to cold for no reason, and water pressure wasn't great. Cable tv with local channels (tv shows in Portuguese). There was no smart tv, so streaming channels were not available. Parking fee is not included, despite being a small fee (BRL 32,00/day).

The room I stayed in first was very good. Receptionist Isadora chose it well. But late at night on the third day there was a baby crying loudly and the night shift receptionist changed me to a very bad room. As I had decided to extend my stay, on the 4th day the receptionist Victor assigned me a good room again. And I paid for a good room anyway!

Nice location and friendly personal. facilities are clean and well kept.

5 min after I gave my credit card details to the hotel to make the reservation, a tentative of drawing money happened. Unfortunately I had to cancel my credit card and had the card no longer available.

The staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good . There is sauna and a small pool on the rooftop.

The room was not clean properly. There was dust and spot on the floor and the towels were old .

The pool was cold and there was no water in the hot tub, we had a lot of family stay at the same hotel and your key did not allow you to go to other floors besides your own so you couldn’t go to different floors to visit with family members so that was inconvenient

The staff, the breakfast, the location.

The chair in the room was terribly dirty. The gym is very small for this kind of hotel.

The room was comfortable and as I would expect from a HGI. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful. Good pizza and a nice local beer available. Breakfast was tasty and had nutritious options.

The staff wasn't able to add my Hilton Honors number stating a problem with the system and implied that they couldn't because I booked with Booking.com. The fitness center was in pitiful condition. None of the treadmills worked and the exercise bikes had all the seats locked and not adjustable.

The staff were amazing, very accommodating.

Room 2014 is not very quiet. You are able to hear the people in room 2015 next-door, talking and moving can be heard. Luckily we had earplugs but others might not. I would recommend using some soundproofing on this room.

The bathroom was not very clean. There were some mosquitoes and a funny smell. Also I could not get access to the pool and sauna, this part not sure if do to Covid- 19 measures.
