Nice staff, big room, separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful view over the city from the 20th floor rooftop. Very nice breakfast and hospitable staff!

Few minor things that annoyed me: - No umbrellas on the rooftop terrace and no availability to borrow one at the reception. - No ironing set in the room. - Dirty floor in the room, seems like it’s not cleaned properly.

Good place to stay. Quiet and close to several facilities. Clean and with good staff, friendly and helpful. Elevators work well, but the security keys don't work. Breakfast was great and staff helpful.

Furniture is old and dirty. Floor has loose planks. No cuttlery or cooking utensils. Badly furnished. No water filter. Gym is too small and has too few equipment. Should try to make an agreement with academy below (Smartfit). Pool was locked when I tried to access it. Strange. Reception desk could improve quality of responses and pick up the phone once in a while! Cleaning staff took away towel and never returned it.

Enormous, modern apartment with everything you need - even a washer/dryer machine. Amazing location in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. Two supermarkets, two pharmacies, many restaurants and within 1 block distance and many more shops (tailors or costureiras etc.) and restaurants a few blocks away. Smartfit gym next door. The hotel gym is pretty decent too, but could use some bigger free weights/ dumbbells. Rooftop pool and sauna are great with amazing views!

The wifi was a pretty slow and struggled for my work video calls. The air conditioner units just outside the bedroom window were noisy. If these two things were fixed it would get a 10/10 rating.

Spacious with a nice refrigerator and washer machine, two bathrooms great place if you need to spend something in town!

Breakfast area needs some improvement a toaster machine! Some better quality items!

A very spacious apartment with TWO bathrooms, washing machine/drier, fantastic views from our window. Comfortable living area and a dining room. Kitchen area with microwave and fridge (no stove) Plentiful breakfast with options from fruit, pastries, cheese bread, eggs and sausage, cereal and beverage options. 20th floor swimming pool with 360 views over the whole city. A great pizza restaurant just across the street, grocery store near by, diner/bar over the road. Absolutely loved it all.

Can't think of anything. I can't really speak to the accessibility of the place since we had someone pick us up every day. That would be the only thing I'd look into.

The staff are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and good value for money and the location provides good access to the business district and local eateries.

Its a very satisfactory package for a business traveller.

Beds were short on length. Weak water pressure on the showers. No pool maintenance.

This cleaning girl we had was very Animous towards us was the only problem we had On our arrival we created a lot of trash and left it outside of room she asked us to move it to the stairway We did but after that she never really liked us anymore and we continued to put all our trash in stairway daily for her Kind of a heavy girl

It is simple but clean. For the price you pay, it is worth it. It is like an apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 living-dining room (Pull bed sofa), 2 bathrooms, refrigerator, microwave, A/C in both rooms. (Plates/cups/glasses/silverware x 2 people). There is a pharmacy and supermarket next block where you can find everything.

There is no stove/boiling pot/coffee maker
