Location, staff (Damião and Carlos very helpful) and breakfast. They always had a type of fruit salad, sweet pastries and good bread. I thought it was pretty phenomenal.

Considering we paid USD 112 per room per day, great value, breakfast far superior than your average Holiday Inn. 1 - spotty wi-fi 2 - toilet back up it took 4 phone calls to fix 3 - in one of the rooms the ac never worked because we weren’t going to wait in the room for them to fix. Bizarrely enough they do room service without you in the room. 4 - booking said parking included in price, hotel said no, so extra 100 dollars we had to spend. 5 - freezing restaurant hall. The food was phenomenal, the coffee was horrendous. 6 - stupid bracelet they make you wear inside the hotel…. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Good location, ok room, nice view from the room.

We stayed 5 days and the bottle of shampoo and conditioner were soo small and never replaced even when they cleaned the room, the wifi was almost non functional the entire time. They should have at least glasses in the little kitchen area.

I loved the view from the balcony. The water pressure in the shower. The pool bar and patio were great. The check in process was simple easy. I would stay here again just for the view and pool bar.

Room was a bit dated. Missing chair from the balcony to accommodate a couple. Breakfast wasn't delicious even though included in room rate.

location, all apartments with ocean view and a nice balcony, great breakfast, nice staff, beautiful pool and a well equipped gym . Beach service is also a plus , with umbrellas, chairs and towels. I booked in advance so I’ve got an excellent price for the season !

they did not have sufficient towels and amenities for all the guests because they were very busy for New Year’s Eve - so we kept the same towel or had Ro use beach towels to take a shower . the housekeepers are kind but they do not clean the Room properly: our feet soles got dirty as we walked in the room . I had to use my own soap bar. the quality of the towels is horrible : they could have got brand new ones

I was a bit nervous after reading some of the bad reviews but my stay was amazing. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. Was given a beach view room despite not paying for it. Breakfast was great. Pool was amazing and literally on the beach. 10 minute walk to central strip and plenty of beach front bars and restaurants just across the road. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

New breakfeast restaurant location works far better than previous one. More spacious and convenient. The beach in front of the hotel is always a must and really provides the EXCELLENT location category. Wifi worked really well.

Rooms really need an update on furniture and overall appearance. The processes in general are really outdated and slow - checkin process takes a lot of time, the towels and beach utensils (chair and sunshade) are not smooth. And also, the fingerprint access to the rooms weren't working, so needed to use a bracelet that's kind of incovenient.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and there was a great view from the balcony. staff members were helpful. There was a reasonable amount of food items to choose from at breakfast.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. There was pealing paintwork and battered woodwork in many places. Our bathroom was very dark and dated with cracked tiles. There was only 1 chair on the balcony although it was a double room. The microwave oven was placed on a work surface that had a raised lip so it was impossible to open the door wide enough to get items in to heat up. There were no instructions for how to use the coffee machine, how to access channels on the TV and how to change the language on Netflix. There was no signage to show how to access the pool area.

Everyone was friendly, courteous. The pool and gym were great too. We tried the spa and enjoyed that. The The morning breakfast was delicious. Beach had easy access and close to good restaurants.

Our room needed better curtains. Daylight would come in at 5am like it was midday so bright.

Location is the most important aspect of this hotel, price is quite reasonable too and the beach service (chairs and sunshade) works really fine and conveniently. The gym is awesome.

The check-in process is a nightmare. The lack of information and the time it takes really lets us down and is annoying every time. The facilites are all a bit runned down - rooms need renovation, pool wasn't heated as it should be, jacuzzi was of service and one of the saunas on maintenance. Power outlets on the room still under the former standard.

I loved its location.

the overwhole hotel has very tired shower and furniture, but comfortable beds! We booked a luxury queen room, on day 1 we had to change the room as the toilette water flush broke, and no light in the kitchenette area. through the night you could hear moving furniture and people banging onto our wall. The next day we changed room but the floor was dirty. The hotel is under refurbishment but the rooms we had were not. Reception takes for ever to attend or pick up the phone! Our car was parked outside, and our staff got stolen! We were never informed of the cover parking they had.
