Brazilian breakfast good but not Excellent

I have forgotten my A23 charger in the room after check-out. I called the Hotel after 15 minutes, the employees were giving me other phone numbers, and no one was volunteering to check or pick up the equipment and at least leave it at the reception, because my girlfriend works in front of the Mall. Unfortunately, they disappeared with the charger. I called several numbers that they gave me and no one got back to me. For the love of your personal stuff, don't leave anything in the bedroom or you might never get it back. Little things show big details

Good facilities and superb location, close to a big shopping mall with plenty of options for a quick unplanned meal. The pool had an ok size, but it has both indoor and outdoor sides, so you can always enjoy it. Breakfast was very good too.

Nothing really worthy of mentioning. Perhaps the elevator queues, sometimes they were a bit busy and you'd have to wait a few minutes. But that's very minor.

Continently located across the Morumbi Shopping mall. Easy to reach from Congonhas airport. The bed mattress was comfortable (I often encounter very hard/stiff mattresses). The breakfast buffet offers a large variety of options.

Some parts/items in the rooms could be refreshed/upgraded, eg the electric plug of the air dryer needed a constant pressure to work.

Amazing staff - everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh fruit, juices, cakes, bread, everything you can think of. Spacious rooms with very comfortable mattresses. The hotel is located right across from Morumbi Mall, which is a great place to go for shopping and meals.

Conveniently located close to the Morumbi shopping mall and several offices nearby. Room quality is excellent with well insulated walls. The breakfast was great with a fantastic selection of fruits, juices and breads. Reception staff were superb as well.

The shower and bathroom could be renovated, but overall it's functional yet it does feel dated.

I've read the comments/reviews before going and I confess I was a bit concerned abt cleanness of the room, but I had a very good surprise and it was perfect!!!! the Hotel overcame my expectations!

The swimming pool could be cleaner and they could have a coffee machine for breakfast. Small things that could have made a big difference!

The location, the stuff and the structure of the hotel was great. Very comfortable.

The only thing I have to say about the hotel is that the elevator on peak times is hard to get. Even though they have 4 elevators you could stay waiting for up to 10 minutes until you get in one of them.

Nice hotel with good facilities in a great location. Amazing views from the rooftop. Breakfast is good and the staff are great and friendly.

They should fix their wifi as the connection is a bit slow.

in the first day we noticed a string smell of cigarette in the room. we asked them to clean it and change duvets etc. they did it amd our experience improved.

The hotel is ok. The staff is very gentle and attentive.

It would hardly qualify as a 4 star. I guess it got this qualification due to the government agency qualification criteria. But in international terms, it would have been given only three stars.
