God breakfest! Exellent massage in hotel!!!

The hotel offers a good balance between price and quality. Especially for skiers who come for a few days with a focus on skiing and entertaining in Bansko. Situated in a fantastic location in the center, close to restaurants and everything. It features convenient parking and a good spa with a large pool at a pleasant temperature, sauna and a steam bath . The breakfast is satisfying, albeit the same every day. While the decor might be a bit dated and could use a refresh, the rooms are nice and sufficiently spacious, including a balcony. It's warm and clean throughout. Additionally, there's a convenient ski storage with heating and a free shuttle to the first station.

They could aim for higher quality in the food offered, avoiding the cheapest options of sausages, salami, sweets, jams and etc.

My stay at Hotel Triniti in Bansko was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the charming and comfortable room, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The attentive staff ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience, and the hotel's amenities, including the spa and dining options, added an extra layer of indulgence to my stay. The location, nestled in the picturesque Bansko, provided easy access to both the ski slopes and town attractions. I can confidently say that Hotel Triniti made my visit truly unforgettable, and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a delightful blend of comfort and hospitality.

Good breakfast, excellent coffee with breakfast, great pizza and other food to order in the room from the restaurant, great staff personnel, good location, nice building, hot pool with regular water, underground garage

Little colder for 1 to 2 degrees arethe hotel and and rooms in comparation with other hotels, Spa big pool is very deep 220cm, no mineral water in spa but that is normal for all Bansko hotels.

We got very nice room with very beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious and the spa zone was wonderful. The location of hotel not far from the center and near you have a lot of restaurants and bars, beautiful places and parks. Staff was very nice, polite and professional.

On the our floor were British guys that drunk every night and made so much noise. They were screaming, running over the floor and didn’t respect other guests. Administration of the hotel was able to fix it only on the 3rd night. Next time it would be better to call the police immediately. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the new towels during the week, despite that housekeeping cleaned our room.

The hotel is situated right next to the main town promenade which makes a perfect choice if you are not skiing, although there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to gondola. Spa center is great, offering all the facilities. Big pool, steam bath, sauna. The breakfast and dinner were fair and buffet was plentiful enough for all tastes.

The room was huge, totally exceeded my expectations. The indoor pool was just wonderful and looks exactly like the pictures. We also did some massages, and a jeep tour. The location is within walking distance to the centre with lots of activities and restaurants.

The staff were helpful but they lacked in basic English speaking.

Very good value for money. Central location. Dinner very good, not so many choices, but you can always find something that you like and very tasty. Friendly Staff and is willing to help, despite of the fact that not everybody speaks English. Transfer car to cable is a plus. Room is clean and bathroom is really ok and modern. Large pool and water temperature is perfect.

We stayed at 1st floor, exactly above the restaurant. Avoid 1st floor- it is very noisy from 7 a.m. as you can hear the noise made by customers at breakfast. Breakfast is the same each day and not the best. The schedule for slope transfer is only till 10:00 so you have to get up and eat in time, but this was not the problem. The problem was the return from the slopes as the last transfer is at 5 p.m. It was impossible to be at 5 p.m. at the meeting point, as the line to the cable at the upper station was huge and we had to stay 1-1,5 hours in line. It would be great if the schedule could be prolonged till 6 p.m

The rooms are big and warm. They have a free shuttle to and from the ski gondola. They have a big pool, a small pool for children, a jacuzzi, saunas and posibility to get a massage extra cost. They have ski storage. They have private parking, including underground parking.

They could pay more attention to cleaning. The breakfast was the same everyday, no varieties.

Even though it was very cold outside, the heating system in the hotel was excellent! Adjustable, and could reach very high temperatures. Also, the heating in the pools is excellent! The location is great, the most interesting places in town are accessible by foot. Great parking - options in front of the hotel and underground parking lot.

Hygiene could be better.
