Breakfast was excellent, the atmoshpere in the hotel is pleasant, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool with thermal water (30 degrees) was absolutely enjoyable! The hotel overlooks the ancient Roman baths and a fabulous park. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Everything was great. I would suggest to add a couple of extra pegs in the bathroom for bathrobes. Other than that all was perfect.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, so you can actually really relax. Another plus is that it's also a 5-minute walk away from the mineral water springs. Our room was very spacious, more than initially expected. The hotel and its facilities were sparkling clean. The variety of SPA facilities and additional activities offered is quite vast for a 3-star hotel. The staff were very well-mannered and friendly which makes the stay all the more pleasant ☺️ Overall, I would recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back!

The hotel restaurant offers only breakfast, so you can't have lunch or dinner in the hotel. It's a bit inconvenient during summer time because it gets quite hot outside. The mattress in our room was a bit old and worn out. It gets uncomfortable to sleep after a few days.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location just beside the Momina Sulza spring and in downtown, close to restaurants and cafes. The private mineral water pool in the hotel was so clean and nice. We also got a massage with rose oil, very relaxing. Staff was kind and helpful ( special thanks to Daniela, Hristina and Miroslav). Very relaxing week, we will come again!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is great! The SPA zone is good enough for a small hotel. Girls at the reception are kind and helpful. Overall, we had very pleasant stay and would visit again C Comfort Hotel.

It was clean, but it would be cleaner. The sofa is not very comfortable to sleep on it (a top matress could improve it) . There are no handles for the towels in the bathroom. And closing the front door is very noisy (if someone next to your room is closing the door, it could wake you up).

Perfect and quiet location close to the tourist attractions (Roman Therme, Roman Tomb, Roman Amphitheatre, ancient city walls and ruins). Several good restaurants in 250 m walking distance. Very good SPA centre with a nice indoor swimming pool. Large and comfortable room with well equipped and functional bathroom. Comfortable bathrobes, very useful for the SPA centre. Good buffet breakfast. Last but not least, very good WiFi signal.

A small table suitable for working on the laptop would have been highly welcome.

This was our second time at this hotel, but we brought the kids for the first time (ages 6 and 9). We loved it - it's a small hotel, the staff are super nice (our kids are messy:) My favorite things about the hotel are the location and the pool. The hotel is located in the historic park, next to the Roman wall - it was great to take walks with the kids. The Roman bathhouse is like 2 minutes away in the same park - we had a guided tour and it was very nice and interesting for the kids and for us. The pool is small, but well-maintained. it's filled with hot mineral water and is well-designed - the kids had fun and I was able to relax well. The apartment was nice - my husband and I were even able to do some remote work. There is no restaurant, but the local places are very nice and not very crowded. Overall, i highly recommend the hotel.

It would be nice if they had a restaurant, and there was no masseuse available, but next time I'll ask more in advance. I'll pulling things from air here - we loved our stay there.

The stuff was very polite, positive and helpful. Good attitude and good service. The location is very good - close to sightseeings, park and pretty quite. Except th fact that near by there was a restaurant/bar or something with very laud music until late at night. But this wasn't the hotel's fault. Very nice and quite garden to rest and sunbaths. I do recommend for sure.

Comfortable, spacious room. Nice indoor pool and massages/spa treatments available on request at a reasonable price. Free parking on site. Good location next to the Roman baths and inside the Roman city walls.

The location is excellent- very quiet place, next to a park and to the centre of the town. The staff is friendly, the room was big and spacious, with everything needed.

All was good. The pool and the spa center are not very big, so might become a bit overcrowded, if there are more guests in the hotel. The beds were a bit squeaky.

Very nice and quiet location, friendly staff, clean. 24/7 lobby bar, billiards. Spacious room, bathtub with a separate tap for mineral water 🙂
