The food. We had food poisoning and stood in bed 2 days.

- The proximity to the sea - The room was nice, large and had a nice view, even if it was one with a partial sea view - Towels were changed whenever we needed it - Food was good and varied

- Being on the top floor, the toilet was making some weird noise from time to time - The room could have been cleaned a little bit better before check-in (spider webs, spider at the windows, windows should be wipped better)

the food in the restaurant was good; the location of the hotel (being very close to the beach); spa and relaxation facilities

the wifi didn’t work in the room; the draught beer was awful (tasted like it was mixed with water); very difficult to communicate with the hotel before arriving there, with impolite approach by the person whom I speak on the phone with (it is discouraging and make you wonder if it is a proper decision to come there or cancel the reservation)

We liked absolutely EVERYTHING! It was not our first time here and won't be out last. We LOVE it ! Usually, we go out of the main season, and this was our first time in summer. So relaxing. The food was excellent and the staff amazing!

There was nothing I didn't like but have a couple of suggestions. There was a list of allergies for the food, but only in Bulgarian . English or/and Romanian would help. Also, I do have several food allergies, and it would be good to have some some gluten free bread available. As I say, just a couple of suggestions.

Amazing hotel with great food! We stayed there 2 days ago, the food was very delicious and various, different on every meal, a lot of salads and main meals combined different cuisines! The rooms are clear and big enough, they have a free beach and Spa access, even if the weather is not good for a beach, there is an inside mineral water pool in the spa centre, very polite and professional staff, amazing sea view from the terrace! In total, a perfect place to relax, have a good food and enjoy the summer! Recommend!

The resort was very confortable. The rooms were clean and they were cleaned daily by personnel, who were also changing the towels and bedsheets. Food was amazing, with different menus everyday, although they don't have a lot of vegan options (for example vegan milk for coffee), but it wasn't a big deal. The staff was friendly and well trained, especially Bojan from the lobby bar. The beach is an artificial one (because there is also a harbor nearby) so the water wasn't always very clear. You can find a natural beach (a wild one) not very far from there which was amazing!! There are also some souvenir shops in the hotel and around it, but you need to have mostly leva in cash. If you have a car there is a free parking 5 minutes away from the hotel and another one where you have to pay near the reception entrance.

They should pay more attention to the 'leave the towel on the sunbed so that no one would take it' unwritten law for the beach because not everyone likes it.

A big problem is access to the sea . As the hotel added to its title "free beach" it is normal to take care of all aspects of the beach, including possibilities of taking a bath in the sea water ,in fact the main reason for which people are going to the seaside. As I mentioned after my staying of last year at this hotel it is almost impossible to take a bath in the sea in the hotel area There is only one stair with very slippery steps ,full of slime. I am sure that it can be found a way of cleaning them so to make everything perfect here.

It is a nice hotel, the rooms were ok, pretty clean, also I loved the gym ! First 1-2 days you can select and eat variously , after you will get bored. The swimming pool and jacuzzi had good temperature, even though I am pregnant it was a pleasure to swim there(the sea was really cold).

We staied 3 night and only once they came to make cleaning, but they didn't clean anything..... Be careful what you eat, do not eat salads with mayonnaise or any eggs that are not well prepared, my husband had a bit of diareea , it was good that only half day . The beach.. well in front of the hotel you can barely go inside to the sea, it doesn't really have beach, but you can go on the right side or left and you have a pretty acceptable beach.

The room and bathroom are big and clean. The beds are soooo comfortable, they have some high quality mattresses. I loved my balcony view, the sea is gorgeous as always. The food, in general was good, but they use a lot of dill...I liked it, but my kids didn't. The coffee was very good.... freshly ground beans. And the spa area is nice... there's a pool, a jacuzzi, three different sauna and a relaxing area...included in the all inclusive services. They also have a nice beach playground.

I didn't like the fact that they don't have a smooth entrance to the sea and the water was full of algae. But there were 2 beaches near by with clean water, smooth entrance, nice sand, waves and everything. And during our stay they didn't have the kids entertainment services.

This place has something special. It is the second time we come here and we enjoyed every moment. Good food, great views, intimate location (quite different than the other very large all inclusive hotels in Bulgaria).
