The room we got was very spacious, with a pleasant minimalist interior, very comfortable beds, and a sea view! It was well-equipped and pleasant to stay in. The staff were very helpful, and there's a nice simple Mistral cafeteria right on the ground floor.

We had one negative experience at Mistral, unfortunately. On one of the first days of the stay, the toothbrush cup in the bathroom fell off and broke, because the holder had been poorly mounted - so, it was not our fault. The receptionist showed us similar cups online and charged us what they cost (30lv = ~15 euro) when checking us out. That made the experience quite bitter because the whole thing wasn't our fault, but now we know that you should report immediately when something broke and not clean it yourself.

the hotel is excellent but parking is always a problem. I fly back to the uk a lot and mostly use this hotel. but this time i booked it and got a confirmation as normal, it was 65lv. when i arrived the old man at the desk insisted that i pay 90lv/ it was late and i could not be bothered to look for another hotel. i will now never stay there again, nor will any of my vivitors - so they will lose approx 16 nights income due to this one beligerant arse.

the insistance that i paid 90lv, when my confirmation was for 65lv, plus the attitude of the old man on reception. having stayed there every time i fly to the uk, plus my guests that visit me do too, this will now stop and we will find an alternative. as i paid with cash, i assume he pocketed the balance, which is small minded considering the ramifications he has caused.

A cozy hotel in a fairly busy location. The beach is 10 mins walk away. In the hotel on the 1st floor there is a cafe with a variety of ready-made dishes including traditional ones. We paid extra for breakfast and it was quite good. There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel - it was convenient to leave the car there. Special mention should be made of the hotel staff - very attentive, helpful and friendly, helped us with all small questions. A good option for a stopover if you are not a fan of large hotels.

The shower had no walls, it was not very comfortable when the whole floor was left wet. The bed was comfortable, but the bed feet were like specifically designed to meet my foot ))

We had two wonderful stays at the hotel (once for 4 nights and the second time for 1 night)! The staff was extremely responsive to our questions and requests when choosing a room and amenities! We requested to change rooms and were immediately given access to another room, and on our second stay, we were checked in the morning without any problem. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The location is very good, there are restaurants, bars, an amusement park, a circus, a cultural center "Artium" and the bus stop to and from Sofia is 2-3 minutes away. In 10 minutes you can get to South Beach and 15 minutes to the Old Town.

The service is very good, the rooms and public areas very tidy and clean, and the staff is nice and welcoming. In addition, the location is very good, close to the beaches, and also to the very many restaurants in the vicinity.

The arrangement of the bathroom is not good, very small, and every time you take a shower, everything gets wet, including the toilet seat.

We loved everything - it was clean, spacious, and the location is great. The room had AC and was freshly renovated. Couldn't be happier!

The breakfast was not very good - we tried it twice (maybe 3 times, I forget), and it tasted stale and without any flavour - and as if the oil that was used for the eggs was extremely old and reused. It almost made me sick the last time. I was very surprised as the rest of the hotel was great. I will stay there again but will not buy the food.

The location

The bathroom: there wasn't a proper shower, there was just a sort of walk-in shower without tray and every time we took a shower the water wasn't draining properly and we had to dry the floor.

The hotel is great value for your money. The staff is exceptionally friendly towards foreigners of all race and nationalities. The food in the city is not great, however in this hotel the food is good. Definitely recommend to visit, especially if you are on a budget holiday.

Great location -5 minutes walk to city beach, 10 minutes to old part of Nesebar. Clean, comfortable room with balcony. Very good standard worth the price. Nice helpful staff. Tasty fresh breakfast every morning. Highly recommended :)
