Everything was great! The location of the hotel is very good, the beach is a 15 minute walk away. Rooms were clean, mattresses very comfortable. The maid came in daily and took out the trash. The room had a very useful fridge, but also a kettle and coffee cups, which is also very useful for a coffee drinker. Even though the shower splashes water all over the bathroom, the ventilation is so good that the floor dries very quickly. The air conditioning was also very helpful.

The downside was that the maid did not change the bed linen during the stay (6 nights). Another unpleasant aspect was the view from the balcony which is actually a brick wall. But this aspect I don't think is the fault of the hotel as it appears to be a newly built building. P.S. The food at the nearby restaurants is very bad. We ate at White Rose, Sofi Hut, Bistro Alexander. The last few days we also ate at Jambo, the only ones that had very tasty food, just a bit more expensive.

I liked the staff because they are very polite, the cleaning that is done daily, the proximity to the beach, and the areas of interest, and the fact that you have everything you need in the room, absolutely nothing is missing.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, but it was ok to move the 5 floors daily, it helped us look good on the beach.

The location of the hotel is great. Everything is within walking distance. There are markets, cafes and restaurants within 200-300 meters. The balcony is large. Wi-Fi works without any problems. The hotel has a parking lot.

There isn’t shower cabin in the bathroom, there is a smell of damp from time to time. There isn’t elevator.Because it has 5 floors.

The place is very close to the old town of Nessebar and about 10 minutes away from the south beach. It’s a quiet family hotel.

You can hear through the walls I could hear the people next to us snoring at night and maybe the rooms need some renovation or refreshing.

This is a very basic hotel, within 10 minutes walk of the old city. We occupied two rooms on the third floor. Each room had a fridge, a TV, desk (but no chair), A/C, place to put a suitcase, and bedside tables. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The bathrooms were clean, though the floor drains and faucets were outdated. If you are looking for luxury this is not a place for you. If you are looking for a great value, convenient location, and a good place to sleep, this hotel will suit you.

The WiFi is slow, but adequate (I am using it now). There is no lift (elevator). The carpet in the single room was threadbare at the exit to the balcony. But, for the price, it is a great value. Bring your own shampoo.

The hotel seems to have been renovated. Everything was brand new. Private parking available for free. Balcony, kettle, small fridge. 8 minutes on foot to city center. Cozy and super comfortable. Best choice I made during my trip to Bulgaria. A+++

The location is excellent: close to the old town, close to all kind of shops ( food, clothes, etc.) , close to the beach, quiet and the staff is very, very nice.

There is nothing we didn't like, though we think an electric kettl would be of a great help for tourists.

Everything was perfect as described. The staff was very polite and helpful, apparently it’s a family hotel which is even better as they are looking after every single customer with great care. The room was perfectly clean and tidy. Definitely would visit again.
