It was probably the best vacation we've had at the seaside, this hotel was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect, about 5-6 minutes walk to Nessebar beach, there's also a smaller, wild beach just downhill from the hotel. We had a beautiful lateral view of the golf, they also have rooms with direct view to the sea but your balcony will be in full sun almost all day. Rooms are cleaned daily unless you request otherwise. Beds were huge. Small drying rack on the balcony for drying your beach towels. Good A/C, also fridge in the room and iron with ironing board. The pool is on the roof, looked good but we didn't use it, as we preferred the beach. Plenty of choices for mealtime, unless you're very picky you're going to find something to eat. Every night there's a different theme for dinner, for me the Balcanic and Asian were the best. Decent wine included for lunch and dinner, also long drinks at the Sky Bar, I've tried a few and they were ok. Loved some of the desserts, also the veggies were so full of flavour. Would definitely choose again for future vacation.

Small things, like the containers for soap and shower gel are a bit outdated, maybe a new coat of paint here and some wallpaper that comes off there, so definitely there's a need for some renovations, but it didn't bother us too much, as we had such a lovely stay. If you come by car parking is 8 leva/day, not included.

Everything except the bed.

Some small details. For example why the pool start at 10am and close at 5pm and a lot of tourists are there earlier and are staying later.

The hotel is located in a great location - close to the old town, where it is nice to walk in the evening and not far from the paid beach. The good variety of food with a a different choices daily. Great reservation manager - many thanks for our excellent room with a great views!

Would be great to show attention to the returning guests such as welcome amenities. No bedside plugs. If you need, bring your own hair dryer, as it is outdated in the hotel. The hotel does not have its own beach - take your own towels to the beach, otherwise you will be charged 10 euros at check out as for the "damaged", even if you returned hotel's beach towel safe and sound.

The location is amazing. Sea is few steps from the hotel( there is very small unofficial beach right in front of the hotel (you would need to step over the rocks) or the official beach just few hundred meters of nice walk from the hotel). There is old town Nessebar 10 minute walk. Buses to different locations nearby. You can take a boat to Sunny beach or walk there. The cleaning stuff was AMAZING. I would like to praise Tanya that cleaned my room. Also cooks and waiters were doing great job! The hotel has many nice spots to relax at. The hotel itself is very nicely kept. Definitely great value for money. Food is fresh and you always have fresh vegetables and fruits. No kids nor stag parties, mostly couples or small group of friends, so you can relax.

Sauna would need work on, needs thorough cleaning, maybe putting shower there, some benches. I had a feeling it was out of order and opened just for me.

The food was good, but not great, but I think this is all you can expect form an All Inclusive. The view was amazing - we had a room that had a view through the Old Town and the sea which was amazing both on daylight and on the night. The Sky Bar was great. The massage is a great deal - decent price, great experience. The proximity to the Old Town was amazing - only a few hundreds meters away. The room was quite big.

One of the elevators wasn't always working. The drinks were below average (especially the cocktails), only a very few exceptions were okay. The noise in the room was annoying. In the first night there was a constant buzzing - couldn't identify the source. On the 2nd night the wind started to blow quite a lot and inside the room you could hear all the time a lot of noise from outside and from the hall, despite all the windows being closed.

We were staying in sunny beach and were messed around with our hotel and then had food poisoning for the whole week. We decided to book your beautiful hotel on the last day for a bit of luxury and to make us still feel like we had a holiday. The rooms were so clean and instantly smelt fresh as you walked in them. The food and drinks were top quality with staff everywhere ensuring hygiene regulations were met. Everyone was so friendly, especially the receptionist who made us feel so welcome. The sky bar was out of this world and the pool was amazing. We loved how comfy the sun beds were! Thank you so so much for making us fall in love with nessebar!

Nothing! It was perfect!

A very good location, close to the local hospital, lots of amenities, several uncrowded beaches and to the Old Town of Nessebar. Staff was top notch, the hotel has a nice architectural design (though the materials used were average), the food was good and diverse and everything was clean and tidy.

Even though I requested a quiet room and I was assured I would get one that was not the case. Gladly my 5 year old son wasn't bothered by the drunkards that were laughing out loud in the middle of the night from time to time at a terrace near by.

This all-inclusive hotel with all exterior facing, spacious, comfortable rooms, is lovely. However the presence of only three spare electrical outlets, counting one in the bathroom, and none near the beds are an immediate opportunity for update.

the unusual watch band room entry / security system is prone to both battery and other intermediate system failure resulting without warning in the potentially dangerous condition of no electrical functionality -- lights, A/C -- whatsoever in the room. At a minimum there needs to be some sort of alert indicator (or in room emergency lighting) when the security device battery is weakened, and/or when the electrical systems in the room are unexpectedly not functioning.

The service was good, the food diverse so could fit every taste. What I enjoyed the most was that on my girlfiriends birthday we found a surprize birthday gift in the room - chocolate, champain and a nice letter for her. They are all about details. Another thing which for me was a bit too much is the fact that the guys from the bar were putting too much alcohol in cocktail - like half a glass, but this is not a bad thing😂.

The curtains in my Room were light so the sunrize woke me up pretty early. I could also hear the neighbors screaming sometimes. But this happens în every hotel.
