Big room

Bad food în bufet, a lot of kinds, but low quality, better to have less and good quality , the cakes zone is hurribel , looks good but tastes bad. The food isn’t worth the money at all !!!!

Very nice hotel with very good facilities and services. I did not score it a 10 because I believe the food quality is not at a 10 level. The personnel is very nice and helpful .The resort itself is beautiful, with nice gardens and large pools. There is a very nice beach which serves the hotel.Rooms are large and comfortable , very modern .I would recommend the pools or sea view rooms- as the ‘ park view ‘ is not something you would like to see from your window. There is variety in food but not the highest quality.I would say breakfast is the nicest from the 3 meals .Lunch and dinner not very tasty. Deserts are colourful but not very good. Overall a very nice resort, but I would not say best in Bulgaria ( as other said)- there are at least 2 other which are better in my view .

There are 2 things which I did not like very much: the food quality and the lack of entertainment for bigger kids. Probably few water sides would make the resort more attractive and fun for families.

we liked the location, the waves were awesome, the pool was very clean, the drinks were nice (if you talked with the bartenders and got on their good side), the meals were nice as well, and the staff did try to make things nicer (but in some cases they barely understood any English .... so was a bit hard to get to them)

overall, this is extremely expensive for the region ... yes it's beautiful, no it's not THAT beautiful .. yes the meals are good, but they are nowhere near some other locations where you'd pay something like this (not in BG)

Quite nice

There was no doctor available and we had to checkout a few days earlier and lost a lot of money...

The food variety and quality was good, not amazing but good. The rooms are large and have everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The stuff is amazing, although the communication could be improved, mostly for the people serving drinks. The property is wonderful with nice amenities.

Bed sheets were not changed during the stay, although we stayed 3 nights, unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, which should have a 2 day policy. Drinks menu is terrible and you can't even pay for something better. All spirits/wines are of the worst kind, less than 10 euros a bottle and the stuff preparing the drinks is unexperienced, just mixing something in a glass. Although they promote having an outdoor heating pool, the heating system was not turned on. When asked, the stuff said they will do it next week. This sounds like they wanted to do a little bit of saving and also is unfair for the clients since it says differently on booking and their website.

- i dint like the fact that the lunch was scheduled for 18:30 and arrived with a baby i was not let to get something to eat for the child ( not for us ) ( note that i have arrived at 18:23-24) on the bar the same. if arrived 1 minute earlier i was not served ( come on… we are talking about 1-5 minutes

Everything! it was perfect

There wasn’t ANY salmon fillet (NOT cooked) for breakfast. intercontinentally there is always Salmon with either butter or cheese to make a great breakfast. one more tip besides the salmon: you could put Walnuts (a small bowl) at lunch and dinner next to the Tarator (bulgarian yoghurt soup) as many people love it to put Walnuts inside!

If you're going to stay avoid 5th floor at any cost. There is major issue with the water and you'll get no water at all between 6:00 and 8 PM.

The resort was great- it looks brand new, the room was very spacious. There are lots of facilities- 4-5 swimming pools , great beach, excellent spa center and lots of entertainment for the kids. Regarding food and beverages- you'll never be hungry- there are lots of restaurants and they cater to every taste- I am sure you'll find something you like to eat.

The only drawback I can think of is the pillows- it will be nice to have an option of bigger pillows. Its nothing major- only a small comment to help you improve your services to the clients. Otherwise everything else is perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at HVD Reina Del Mar. The weather was perfect for late September, and the hotel wasn’t crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. The food quality exceeded the typical all-inclusive standard, with a great selection of both bottled soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. The spa was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful.

The only minor issue we had was with the coffee. Although it was Lavazza, the taste was a bit off. We also felt that the spa might get a little too crowded during peak season.
