Hotel is very pretty, everything is clean. Breakfast is okay but nothing outstanding. When I stayed there big group of school kids were there as well. Honestly there were not disturbing but definitely may be important for some people that it's a place for big groups/events.

Booking says there is a restaurant but in fact it is closed. Booking says personel speaks English but no one does.

Breakfast good and various. Room very big . Bed very large and comfortable. Nice balcony with small table and two chairs. Big hall with several sofa. Bar in the hall well equipped. Large garden and a good free parking.

Bath room : no space tu put toilettry. One TV in leaving room but no TV in sleeping room. Lamp on balcony didn't work. Roof window not possible to darken. Cups and glasses at disposal but no frigobar and no boiler for coffee or tee.

Staff at Reception was awesome - very polite and helpful. The location is excellent - it is a quiet place but just a short and pleasant walk away from the town centre. The grounds are well kept and overall the hotel is very clean.

Need larger bedsheets. They use undersized ones, that cannot be tucked well under the mattress. You turn twice in bed and the whole thing is in a ball under you. It is kind of funny because this town manufactures bed linen and is famous for it🙂. I would also have liked some brown bread for breakfast. There was only white plus some very buttery pastries. However these are small concerns, compared to the overall lovely experience at the hotel

It’s spacious and warm, very clean with friendly and helpful staff, good size rooms and amazing views almost like you are in the Alps

No spa or Jacuzzi, but I realise it’s normal for two stars hotel and the breakfast is very basic but did the job

The location was fine considering the town itself is in the middle of nowhere. The surrounding is green and relatively quiet. If you are headed to Plovdiv or the seaside it's not a bad short rest point.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger. I believe during the summer it's a popular place for sport preparations, so with the number of children and young adults present the place gave away a vibe of a summer camp rather than a mountain hotel.

Nice, quiet, peaceful, near the Center, good view and open space orotund the building.

The restaurant was not yet in function during this time of the year. Except for the breakfast, other meals must be planed outside the hotel.

The location is perfect, it is quiet and near to a park. The room was clean and the staff is friendly.

The booking was for an "excellent breakfast", but it was far from the pictures. There were not even table cloth, the food was not very good quality.

We are very satisfied with our stay. Rooms are big with air-conditioner, comfortable beds and interactive TV. Every space in the hotel is warm and cozy. We liked the breakfast, the quiet park location and the parking. The staff is very friendly, welcome and helpful. We will visit Park Hotel Asarel again for sure!

The lack of SPA section in the hotel. The idea of going to the near hotel for spa is not an option in rainy or cool days. It will be nice if there is at least a billiard table or something else for entertaining in the hotel! Just a suggestion! :)
