Lovely modern hotel attached to an extremely nice restaurant and brewery. Room was spacious with a large comfy double bed for me and my daughter. Also had a very nice shower room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel and room was kept very clean.

We went to try the piano bar, but there is a charge for entry which would have made it a very very expensive pint. Maybe guests could have entry included.

awesome new hotel, quick check in, for the most part very smiling friendly service (not a given in Bulgaria), the next door German restaurant was soooo delicious, you could also order from this restaurant via the tv in bedroom and the food arrive quickly. Free and plentiful parking and small but well equipped gym. Vast pillow menu and spacious room. As people who stay at four seasons and ritz Carltons around the world, we were perfectly content with the comfort and service, would probably consider this 5 star by Bulgarian standards and 4 by International (it was certainly better than other places we have stayed in Bulgaria that are supposedly 5 star, like the Intercon in Sofia and Blu Bay in Sozopol, and less than half the price) and definitely the best hotel right now in Plovdiv.

no water dispenser in the gym, room cleaning took a long time, instant coffee with water heater in room instead of a expresso machine, but these are small things overall for the cost vs all the other great things about the hotel. Not located in the historic center but quite close, we didn’t mind as parking is a nightmare in the historic center. And being located next to the Jagerhof restaurant is probably the best location in town lol.

Room is perfect, no complaints at all. It’s sparkly clean, spacious, bed is really comfortable and all the extra bits that you can do / order from the screen is impressive and thoughtful!

Breakfast variety is great, however the food is slightly cold - Bacon, mushroom, eggs etc. Would be great if they can be kept warm. Location is not close to central, within walking distance tho.

Staff and hotel manager don't respect covid rules themselves. Expensive hotel for what you get. Breakfast buffet looks extensive, but a lot of dryish food, not fresh.

The facilities were excellent. We did like that the hotel had house beer. Staff attitude was great!

We didn't enjoy the breakfast. It was ordinary and you can get it everywhere else. But that's acceptable. We think that was maybe the best hotel were we've been accompanied in Bulgaria, thank you.

The reception staff could be more helpful and friendly. We arrived at 12:30pm, and even the though the room was ready, we were told we could not go into the room unless we paid extra - that was very disappointing and poor service. They need to resolve for that - also, the reception staff could do with more training on being customer friendly

By far the best hotel I've stayed in Plovdiv and one of the best in Bulgaria. I am not giving 10 very often but this hotel is clearly 10. It is brand new, really made with attention to all details. Staff, parking, Wi-Fi, room, lobby, breakfast - perfect. I didn't have time unfortunately to go to brewery, gym or lobby bar which all look excellent ….next time.

Really nothing. Just one small remark - croissant for the breakfast was not so fresh although the others were very fresh. I would like only if the hotel would have some SPA/massage possibilities so to complete the offer.

A great business hotel in Plovdiv. 11/10. The rooms are spacious, clean and modernly furnished. The service is perfect. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. I can't miss the fantastic restaurant located in the same complex. Jagerhof beer hall is a must go in Plovdiv. The hotel is pet friendly, and something I have not seen before in Bulgaria - after we had declared that we have a dog, they were so kind to provide a cot and pans for it. Overall, my impressions are that the hotel exceeds its classification and is more at 5 star level.

Not surprisingly, Jagerhof beer hall is extremely busy. It is mandatory to make a reservation at least one day in advance.
