The room was fully what I expected. I thought having a small balcony helped while working inside. The room is fully equipped, nice simple furniture and a good mattress. Nice staff, practical, not complicated and a very up-to-date modern building. Another plus was the parking space, very convenient!!

The location is not so easy, quite some minutes to walk to old town but Plovdiv anyway needs a lot of checking out. Some guests were everything else but quiet but usually only for one night, it did not really make my stay unpleasant. Especially noisy were guest meetings in the evening until late night in the rear parking lot area that echoed throughout the whole building, and that went on for hours. The kitchen did not have kitchen towels and the wifi was not very strong but fully functional.

The hotel was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, considering its close proximity to the city center. It provided all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including facilities for cooking, cleaning, and washing. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for convenience and a peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the city. The check-in was smooth and fast and with a smile.

Despite these issues, I still believe the place is worth it overall. However, the kitchenware, particularly the pans, are in poor condition and should be replaced, and the oven could use a thorough cleaning. The only other major downside was the couch—it was quite uncomfortable and not ideal for relaxing. Improving these aspects would definitely enhance the overall experience.

The place was very clean, cozy, big enough and everything you could think of needing was there! Including iron, hair dryer and clothes dryer.

Overall the time we had to wait at reception was crazy. Half the time the hotel was closed and we had to come in/out from the back door. I have called the reception more than 6 times, just to understand and get basic info, because nobody was there. A very strange hotel experience but in general, I enjoyed it.

The apartments are pretty new, spacious, some with balconies. They were clean, everything was working. Pretty good location, 25 minutes walk to the center (Kapana). Very good price. Very good mattresses.

The internet was pretty unstable, these apartments are not suitable for people who need to work from here (i.e. to use stable internet connection). The walls are thin so you can hear all your neighbors. So it depends how lucky you are for the neighbors. Luckily, I have loud neighbors only for one night.

Location, size of the apartment, very well cleaned, paring lot.

Some of the kitchenette furniture needs adjustment. No terrace.

The doors of the shower in the room five, fourth floor doesn't close correctly, water puddle = slippery Swollen wood on the door frame

Everything-the hotel is within walking distance from the historic center of the city and all tourist attractions. There are also bus stops nearby in case you are in a hurry or don’t feel like walking. Additionally there is a 24/7 shop , pharmacies, supermarket and other shops. The parking of the hotel is very convenient to use so you do not have to worry about findibg a spot for your car. The apartment was spacious and very clean. We had all the facilities we needed includibg an air conditioning in both rooms. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodated all our requests

Everything was excellent

The apartment is very spacious and clean, and well-equipped for a short or long stay. It was really nice to have off-street parking behind the building, and an elevator to upper floors. Quiet location and room darkening curtains a plus. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! I really appreciated the kindness.

Only downside is the location is a 30-minute walk from the center, and the street is quite dark when returning home late in the evening.

I did not dine at the Hotel. I usually ate breakfast with items I had bought.

No toaster in room. No instructions on how to open/shut three way opening windows and doors. Washing machine was mentioned on the web site, but none in room.

Conveniently located in a safe neighborhood and at walking distanced from city center and the ancient town. There is a bus stop only two blocks away and there are corner shops and restaurants and cafeterias around the corner. There is a large park nearby as well as a mall. The supermarket Lidl is just 3 blocks away. The apartment has a kitchen and a fridge so you can cook your own meals, though i recommend to buy exquisite and inexpensive homemade Bulgarian food in the corner (walk left). Rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioner.

Not all apartments have a washer, however they let me use one from another room. Only 3 channels on the tv.
