It was a nice hotel, clean, in the city center and very close to public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful on whatever I asked for. I would go again for sure since the price was also ok for the facilities.

It doesn't have an elevator so if you have many luggage it's not that easy to move around. The rooms are quite small and the cheapest one that I booked (two separated beds) was for 1 person max. Also there is no breakfast. These issues are not that important for me but you have to know them in advance.

The hotel was clean and modern, staff were polite and helpful and it was convenient for central attractions. Some staff spoke very little English but despite this were still helpful

We had booked a twin room as this trip was with my 20year old son. When we arrived quite late due to flight delays we had been given a room with a double bed. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and showed us a room with bunks. She was very apologetic that it wasn't as nice as our original room. The bunk mattresses weren't terribly comfortable and the ensuite shower drain had an aweful smell. We have experienced this smell before whilst in Varna !

It is a cosy hotel located somehow at equal distance from the Main Train Station and the central area in Plovdiv. As soon as entered I loved the dimmed lights and comfortable atmosphere. The interior is made with taste and it is really inviting. The check-in process was flawless and in no-time I was already entering my room. One bed with a bunk-bed next to it - I guess, I was in the family apartment, which is something I don't mind anyway. Very comfortable and modern room featuring a TV and an air-conditioning for a warm night. In general, all it was very well done and I had really a pleasant stay.

The toilet seat. That was a huge let down. As soon as I opened it, I immediately saw that it wasn't cleaned properly (don't ask me please how I was sure about it). I was really disappointed. And on top of that, it had the stickers with the hygiene remarks, pretending that it was disinfected properly and all that stuff, which only made my disappointment worse. I appreciate all the efforts taken to make guests comfortable, so I am very sorry to say that, but housekeeping hasn't done a good job here.

The place was clean, furniture was comfortable. We had everything we needed in terms of amenities. The staff was very helpful. It's close to the city center.

The room was quite dark. We didn't like the frosted glass bathroom, made it feel like you're on display. There's no parking available. All rooms are non-smoking, although a "smoking room" option was advertised on Booking. Not really a negative, but misleading information!

The location is perfect. The room size is great for staying of 1-2 nights. The staff is Very Very kind, i really appreciate their help

The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours. Also there was a quite bad smell in the bathroom, probably from the drainage (sewer)

We had a great experience at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as advertised and clean. The location is great if you want to be near downtown Plovdiv.

The building is older and doesn't have an elevator. This is not necessarily an issue and wasn't that much of a problem for us, however, if you have mobility issues, I encourage you to ask for a room on the ground floor.

Checking in was very easy and the hotel was easy to find. 15 minute walk from Plovdiv South Bus/Coach Station on an easy to navigate route. Beds were great and room warm. Organised an extra night very helpfully.

We were very pleased with the super central location, very friendly and informative staff, all smiling faces and helpful. The room was very functional and comfy. Beds and sheets were clean and orderly. We had zero problems. We will surely prefer the same hotel in future visits to the town. Thanks to the hotel.

Everything was great! We had a very late check in and they were super accommodating. The room we booked wasn't available so they gave us keys to check 3 rooms to see what we would like. They also happily gave us a very late check out with no extra cost. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Modern Rooms,clean and the location is a dream. Just a few meters to the center and half a kilometer to Plovdivs famous old town. But still not difficuld to reach by car. TV, AC, Minibar, water boiler avalible (and working!). Supermarket and fast fod directly nearby.Beds are not to hard and not to soft, just right. I Liked the fact that you have a power outlet next to every Bed.

Hard to find negative sides. there is no possibillity to stop or park a car, but there are several guarded (and payed) parkings around, like 50m from the Hotel. Also, for a prolonged stay rooms could be bigger, but for one or two nights its ok i guess. also, a lift would be fine.
