Location is central. Balcony was great for mornings and evenings. Room was clean and spacious. Great coffee!

Very friendly staff. Usually every hotel has friendly staff. But this one goes the extra mile. Allowed an one-two hours early check-in. Room was always very clean. The location is great. The hotel seems to have had some rebuilding recently because it feels very new. Very nice value for money.

The shower isn't completely covered, which means the floor tends to be totally watered (and you can notice it by how the door is absorbing the water and inflating). We stayed in three different hotels in Bulgaria these five days, and another problem that appeared in the three was that the curtains don't block all the light. You can sleep but people that are (very) sensitive to light (like my girlfriend), might wake up a little early. I slept perfectly.

The property is a historical building with its own history and charm. It’s located right in the middle of the city centre and everything from site seeing to cafes, restaurants, theatres, and parks is at your door step. And yet it’s a quite and private place to take a rest after a busy day browsing and exploring. The rooms are clean, bright and spacious, decorated tastefully. The staff is exceptionally polite, friendly, discreet and helpful. This is our second time visiting and definitely wouldn’t be our last!

The location of the hotel is super, in the heart of Plovdiv, walking distance to everywhere. you are staying in a historical building as well as modern. The interior is completely renovated and modern. The bathroom is very nice and all systems work. They upgraded the room to a balcony room. That was great too. The size of the room is very nice. Colors, the decoration is very simple and elegant. Small notes greet the guests. After check out from the hotel, we were able to use the hotel's facilities until we got our luggage in the evening. This is a very “guest-friendly” approach. the receptionist communicates well, but the role of the reception is also very minimalist. You can enter the hotel and your room with the code sent. Plovdiv is a very beautiful city, you must go and see it and stay in this hotel. Thanks

Location, simplicity, cleanliness

We stayed at Plovdiv City Center Hotel for 5 nights and can't rate it highly enough. We would give 11 out of 10 if we could. The location was fantastic for visiting ancient ruins around Plovdiv on foot, eating at nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out and store our belongings. The bed was very comfortable and the fittings were well designed and the room felt modern and fresh. The entire hotel was kept immaculately clean. Evgeniya at Reception was incredibly helpful, from her warm welcoming demeanour to looking up transport options for us. They also offer a laundry service which was very handy. We would stay here again with pleasure.

Great hotel in the heart of Plovdiv, comfy and clean. Perfect view from the windows to the main shopping square. Very good restaurants at walking distance (5-10 minutes) - we highly recommend Aylyakria. Perfect service and food!

The guys who were at the reception when we arrived spoke English just to say Hi. That is quite unprofessional, since it is so easy just trying to translate with Google. Avoid room 203 which is near reception and near vending machines so you get all the noise for the same price 😝.

An excellent boutique hotel located in the center of Plovdiv, thus extremely convenient for exploring all sights. As it is newly renovated, it combines ideally modern furnished rooms and the coziness of a historical mansion. It was spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed sleeping on its anatomic beds. No breakfast or bar area, but who needs it when the pedestrian street with all kinds of restaurants and cafes are on your feet? Notably, the biggest asset of Plovdiv city center hotel is its personell. The receptionist Eugenia was super attending. She assisted us in exploring travel options from Plovdiv to Veliko Turnovo. To sum up, this hotel is an ideal option for accommodation in Plovdiv.

Beautiful stay in the very centre of Plovdiv. Clean white rooms, great hygiene and very comfortable beds. The view on the central square was great, noise was at minimum with windows closed. The hotel is very near to pretty much everything needed. A must visit is the old town, of course. Very satisfied overall!

Everything was great. A very minor detail i could mention was the lack of electric plugs, i could only spot 2 by the sides of the bed. Definitely not important though, excellent stay overall.

Location Excellent, room very clean and the staff was friendly. I chose to use Parking south of them by the Ramada because it fit my needs better. Was the same price. Overall an excellent stay

They need to offer some sort of breakfast. They mentioned you could get breakfast at Raffy (which was close and good) but it didn’t open until 0800 and i had to be at work by 0730. Ate there on the weekend.

The location is brilliant right in the middle of town. Our room was exceptionally plush, gorgeous in fact. Best I have stayed in, in Bulgaria.

There are rather a lot of stairs and no lift- bad news with heavy suitcases. I would still stay here again but with minimal luggage. Parking is a short walk away and has to be paid for as this is a pedestrian area. There is no breakfast but that's not a hardship as it's in the middle of so many cafes. It is quite expensive but seriously worth it for such a high standard room.
