First, Location. I was living in Sofia until the moment and I stayed here for my moving stay. I used to come very near by for usual grocery shopping, so it's a good connection with my flat, tram, central. Heater was working well. Actually impressed this kind of property there in Sofia which is combined with Co-working place and modern tech friendly simple hotel. A bit old, but well refurbished.

I think I saw a street view room, but actually room was like clogged by next building and you should not open the window since air would be dirty.

We had a great one night stay here. Location right in the centre of town and only a short drive to the airport (approx 20min). Beautiful view from our balcony. Had a super comfortable sleep here and loved the detail put into the hotel’s design. The hotel feels very secure with personal check in codes at the front door and 24hour staff. The man at reception helped us organise a large taxi to the airport for a 3.30am pickup at a reasonable fixed rate (of <20lev), which arrived perfectly on time. We really appreciated this service as we’ve had trouble in the past with Bulgarian taxi drivers refusing to take us as we didn’t agree to their western rates (5x the true cost). We were also travelling with 2 large backpacks and a ski bag so his help in guaranteeing us a large taxi was extremely appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something nice, comfortable, and reasonably priced in Sofia.

A newish hotel with a unique, modern and very cool design and vibe. Staff and customer service were exceptional ; they quickly and efficiently handled a request to change date and even upgraded my room. Room was great with a super comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with good quality towels and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A large TV, fridge also in room. Nice calm atmosphere in the hotel with good soundproofing from street traffic outside. Location is superb being a very short walk from Serdika metro station for direct trains to the airport and all parts of Sofia. Many shops, restaurants nearby and bus/train station 20 minutes walk or accessible by metro from Serdika. Hotel is very secure with a keyless system where main door and room door operated by keypad code. They also have in room personal safe deposit boxes for your valuables. A great little hotel and would definitely stay again.

The room was quite warm and air con on low temperature didn’t make much difference.

Located in the center of the city near the metro and close to a variety of tram lines. The noise from the streets didn't bother us although with an open window you could hear everything happening on the street. The room, including the bathroom, was big enough. The way of entering the building and the room is really useful for people who don't want to deal with keys.

The carpet had previous stains probably because people walk in there with shoes on . One more chair is needed in the room as it is for two and there was availiable space. We had a problem with the building door and the code until a guy from the hotel showed us how it worked. It could have been nice if there was a kettle and cups in the room.

the location is excellent, easily accessible from Serdica Metro station and several local landmarks. The coffee machine and water cooler in the foyer are a great touch before heading out for the day. Reception staff are approachable, friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the small side but serviceable and well decorated. There's a handy tablet on the front desk to call a taxi and lockers to leave your bag after you've checked out

We stayed twice. One room had a great view of the street, the other had no external window, so a little on the claustrophobic side. The absence of shower screens means a wet bathroom floor!

-The reception guys were very nice , very friendly and Very useful. -Old building which has its charm. - they had coffee/tee/water in the lobby for free.

-Opening of all doors is with a code and not with a key. It complicates things as you need to make light to the door with a phone and look at your phone to get the code again and again , including in the street - instead of 2 seconds it took 2 minutes to get through a door, which was very tiring. -Hitting was not working(it was beginning of November- I got an answer that it looks like it is either very hot to all rooms or shut down, so it was not hitting by choice) .I got a personal hitter from reception which helped a lot ( again, the best part here is the reception staff) -the Separator between the shower and toilets is too small so each shower I took, the toilets floor stayed all wet which was annoying.

Very central hotel, right by a number of tram stops. Liked that it had air con as it was hot. Air con isn't too cold, so may disappoint those who are used to very cold AC. Having water available in the lobby was a lifesaver as we had turned off the fridge to reduce noise in the room. Bed was comfortable. Decent shower.

The keypads were fiddly but saved us having to remember keys and meant we could leave/arrive separately too. The back of the door to the bathroom could do with a clean as some people clearly couldn't handle an open shower!

Ideal location, within walking distance of everything 😀 facility was clean and comfortable. Complimentary coffee/tea was very nice, also free mineral water, as the tap water is not potable. I like that the hotel was keyless, I received a code to use on the door, also soap etc was from dispensers, more eco-friendly.

The staff was ok, no city map and where not very informative. the hotel has one elevator that is accessible by 5 big steps, the air-con was off and opening a window was not an option.

The room was clean, the shower excellent, the beds were comfortable though small, staff were friendly and helpful but above all the location is excellent - the best possible location

The room was relatively small compare to how the hotel sells itself. There are no windows, so you get a claustrophobic feeling, beds were narrow (twin room) - can not imagine how extra length and size people can sleep there. The code system for entering the hotel and the rooms is sometimes irritating. All in all, we thought the price was a bit high for what you get in return.

Very central. I use it for the metro literally about 3 min walk . This takes me to the airport for 1.60 lv

I think when your tired and had long journeys they should have the WiFi on the room doors. Little thing on the desk so if you miss it or forget then it's a nuisance. They say they message you but I didn't get it. Had a form to fill in that did not work. I dont want all that hassle really. And also get some english tv. NOT music. I wouldnt stay more than one night because of this
