I really enjoyed my stay at the property. Location and Wifi was phenomenal. The bed was a little on the softer side, but it was still really comfortable. I’m glad that it was too because I actually ended up getting sick, so I stayed inside of the room a lot for most mornings and came out towards the afternoon/evening time. Breakfast had a lot of options though I would still suggest to get there early. Staff was so sweet and accommodating for the most part. Shout out to the staff member that allowed me back into the room to retrieve very important documents/gifts that I left behind. He also helped me order a taxi. There was this one guy at the main desk though that asked me to verify what room I was staying in. I thought that was weird and hope that he asked every young woman that—not just the few Black ones that happen to pass through. It’s summer time and hot outside, so I was showing some skin. Still, that isn’t an excuse. Thankfully, that didn’t ruin the experience.

I wasn’t a fan of the carpeting in the room. I feel like hardwood is better, especially coming out of the shower with wet feet. I was worried about the carpet drying properly. This is a minor con though.

Everything was great, smooth checking and out with a friendly and helpful staff (thanks, Kris and team). Breakfast is deliciously good and has a nice atmosphere. My room was nice and clean, and the bed was so comfy. Perfect and quiet night sleep. The location is excellent, in the heart of Sofia, and it is easy to navigate around. Beautiful surroundings with best sightseeings. Parks that smell Bulgarian roses 🌹 and Vitosha Mountain Views. Good and cheap public transportation, metro, and tram nearby. I recommend Art Hotel Sofia, and I'm looking forward to seeing the amazing people of the city again, in spring or autumn, and all the beautiful scenery.

Nice place. Right in the city center! Very clean, kind personal, quite cozy and beautiful! Everything was perfect! (except just two little details)

I would like to recommend to make several details to make this place more perfect: - change matrasses to new ones, it seemed that it was too much soft or you lie in a pit, so my back wasn't glad. it wasn't awful, but... - change every light in rooms to warm. warm lights are cozier. i didn't like cold lights in our room, there were just two warm light near bed so we used just these ones, all the others were cold.

My friend and I stayed here in three different rooms both before, after and during a group tour of Bulgaria. While the tour company was responsible for choosing this place, after my very positive experiences here, I would absolutely return again. The location was easy to get to from the airport by metro, as well as excellent for exploring Sophia on foot, and I quickly became familiar with the surroundings. All the rooms I experienced were comfortable and the included breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from. As so often happens with me, one of the things I appreciated the most was the staff.  They made me feel very much at home with their friendly greetings and warm support.

It wasn’t a problem for me because I came prepared with my earplugs and my mini travel fan, but because of the excellent location in the city, as well as the fact that many hotels in Bulgaria have limited AC, some of my fellow tour members were not thrilled because of warmer room temperatures and noisy streets. The first room we stayed in faced the courtyard which was much quieter.

Location, cleanliness, extremely helpful and friendly staff! Excellent value for the quality. As a solo traveller, I value not only the location but also feeling welcome: the staff couldn't be more friendly and ,offered me excellent advice to my touristic questions 😊, the room was immaculate and silent and I felt safe walking back to the hotel late in the evening. It is very simple to walk everywhere and the metro station is less than 5 minutes away. If I return to beautiful Sofia I will be back.

The staff at this hotel are excellent and are a credit to the hotel. The young gentleman who checked me in on 18/03/23 in the daytime (he also worked the next few nights) was very polite and friendly, also on the last night (Monday) there was a different young guy on the desk who was also very polite and friendly, These guys were always greeting you and asking if your okay. The room was perfect in size for a solo traveller, with an attached bathroom. The location is excellent, right next to Serdika station, which took abit of getting used to but once you master the metro Sofia”s easy to navigate, it’s also an amazing city. if you visit I’m sure Yourll have a great time.

Breakfast, it was very basic and very poor. visited it on my first morning and didn’t return. Heating, The hotel is very warm, I adjusted the dials on the wall but it didn’t seem to make a difference, I opened both windows throughout my stay and that helped cool the room.

Staff were really very friendly and helpful, helped us find somewhere to eat in the middle of the night, accommodated all our requests, and always took the time to ask us how our visit was going. Location was perfect for visiting Sofia, very central and only 30 minutes walk (or 2 metro stops) away from the main train/bus station. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was useful to get the day started.

A very minor comment: having a power socket on both sides of the bed would have been useful for charging phones.

location in the very centre of the city - among historical buildings of government, presidency and national assembly, 3 minutes walk from frequent metro station Serdika with three subway lines, including line 4 to the airport - very kind and helpful staff - good breakfast - pretty clean

room a little smaller, but OK for a single traveller and short stay - missing wardrobe, only small built-in without doors - window view to the ugly inner courtyard, pigeons did their thing. But the hotel could barely influence this

The location is super. 3 min from Serdica metro station. Right in the center of Sofia. I liked the room, the bed was comfortable, there is a kettle and bags of tea, 2 bottles of water in the fridge, the most excellent breakfast with a variety of fruits and berries. The room was quiet. I liked the cleanness and fresh aroma in the bathroom. They change towels every day. Next time I will definitely choose the hotel. Also the pictures on the walls are very interesting.

Although the room was with the windows facing a secondary street, you could still hear the cars passing by on the main boulevard (the main avenue is paved with cubic stone). Also, no possibility to send SMS for parking as local phone number was required. Although on the website, under the facilities, "Parking" appears, it is far from the hotel and costs 35 leva for 24 hours.
