I picked this hotel because it is on the same road on which I grew up on. I wanted to show my partner my old neighbourhood and of course, being so central the location was fantastic along with the price for our stay. The hotel staff were incredible. We met maybe, 4 - 6 different people who worked throughout our stay, they were very helpful and accomodating in all our needs or questions. I absolutely loved the size of the room, the facilities and the amenities such as toiletries, slippers and bathrobes. I have nothing wrong to say about the staff, the room or the hotel itself. I would and will stay here again and recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in Sofia.

Such a comfortable and huge room! Had a perfectly working much-needed AC unit, also a balcony to relax. Bed was very comfortable, and finally a room with tables/shelves to store odds and ends. Breakfast was ok, not overwhelming; buffet style on weekends, pick-your-choice-out-of-three-options on weekdays. Expect coffee, toast, basic spreads/jam, olives, cheese, some yoghurt & cereals. It was good that not too much was presented to avoid throwing away leftovers, but the quality of some items could be improved. Everyone of the staff was very helpful and friendly despite my personal lack of Bulgarian language skills. Благодаря, again. Very close to metro/bus lines, and to some 24hours-mini markets (whose fruit/veggie selection I would definitely not recommend, but okay for some soft drinks or prepackaged snacks.) Very easy to reach the city center and airport via public transport. Would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect location downtown Sofia, close to and short walk to mall, restaurants, clubs, shops, parks etc. Regular room is decent size and well furnished. We got upgrade to a better room / much more spacious and higher floor/ which was a nice gesture. The place is nothing too fancy or new but well maintained and the staff are very kind. Secure parking is right at the door. We'll be back. Thank you. See you soon!

We needed iron but it came with a sticky and burned soleplate. Not pleasant and if unnoticed it could've ruin our clothes. We believe that was just an honest moment of small negligence.

Its a nice family hotel, room furniture was really good quality. Under certain circumstances, could be easily graded as 4 star hotel.

Its just a note, there is no breakfast, but for me its not a problem. Also, there is a time frame in which you need to show up, I'm not sure what it would be if you show outside of the reception time.

It is a very warm boutique hotel; with classic decoration, a pleasant environment, and staff super friendly always available to answer your requests with a small on their faces. As the restaurant was not open yet, breakfast was simple but all we asked for was delivered immediately. The location is 2 metro stations away from the beautiful center of Sofia, but still a walking distance. We were upgraded to a large size triple room, wonderfully spacious!

We’ve booked a family room, and it was very nice, spacious and good looking. Recently renovated, too. The staff is amazing, extremely helpful. ❤️ There is a Spanish-themed restaurant at the ground level, which is above all recommendations, it’s just fantastic, i totally recommend visiting it 🫶🏼

Breakfasts can be improved if coffee gets hotter and food gets a bit more variety, such as beans to eggs.

Confortable bed, good breakfast, good size of the room, free parking in the back of the hotel or paid in the street or private one. Shopping mall at 4 minutes walking. Excellent cleaning in the room.

Rooms required some renovation and reparation, lamps didn't work and a a light bulb fell on the tiles in the bathroom when some guests from.above closed the door. They did the clean-up very fast. Noise in the room from guests speaking in the main hall ( at least for rooms from 1st floor). 20-30 minutes walking until city center, but a pleasant walk.

Everything , such a beautifully furnished hotel, really stands apart from the soulless modern hotels. Such interesting pieces of art and furniture. Whoever designed and furnished it, did it with so much love and passion for the building and their business. Large room, ultra modern bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff so pleasent and helpful. Really it was a joy to stay here, one of the best, if not the best hotel I've stayed in in Bulgaria . Can't wait to return.

Just one small point, real butter portions would have been so much nicer at breakfast than the bright yellow horrible substitute ones. Everything else, great quality and plenty of it..

The location

Some ten years ago that was a rather excellent hotel. Whilst now.... it's just not what it used to be. No breakfast either.

Can't say enough, location is great, huge mall just across the street, restaraunts everywhere! Room was exceptional.

Not a knock on Hotel, but make sure you reserve parking through hotel, can be a little tricky finding in the neighborhood.
