Rooms very clean and comfortable and a very good location. Honesty bar prices ridiculous 🙄

The restaurant was closed for refurbishment which was not made clear at point of booking rather annoying as the whole point was to have a relaxing breakfast and dinner with friends. Not particularly friendly staff .

The hotel and room are amazing, the staff is very pleasant, and the location is perfect. Very modern and comfy, one of the best rooms I ever been in. Bonus: We left a car key in the safe, the reception staff were amazing, they always answered quickly and were very cooperative, I thank them for that.

For a hotel at this price, and how much more they have put in the hotel itself, I feel the breakfast should be much better. The breakfast was really disappointing, very little options, could use some work.

Very clean, perfect location. We are staying again end of June. It’s walking distance to everything. We had 3 wonderful day trips (Seven Rila Lakes & also Rila Monastery a must!) and walked easily from this hotel to meet the shuttle in front of Alexander Nevsky Cathedral early each morning. Near to restaurants too. We had room 509, exceptionally comfortable king bed and pillows, strong WiFi. The housekeeping staff are so sweet and thorough (tip them!). Restaurant area is being renovated but the lobby has tables and nice, simple breakfast spread and the young woman each morning did a wonderful job setting it up. We’re glad we chose this hotel.

The front desk people aren’t overly friendly but they work long hours and are good at what they do.

excellent location, close to bars and restaurants in the centre of Sofia. Our corner room on the 5th floor was spacious and quiet. Housekeeping was excellent.

Due to unseasonal cold, wet weather in May, our room was cold at times. The towel rail in the bathroom did not work and the room thermostat was not functioning. Staff compensated by giving us extra duvets. The main restaurant was being refurbished so breakfast was held in a temporary area within the Main Reception area. We did not bother with this. my main gripe as an English traveler is that there was no Sky News/ BBC World or CNN on the available tv channels in our room.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to Vitoshka street, shops, restaurants, bars, metro stations, historical sites and all sorts of other activities. Staff was amazing, very helpful, always super nice and accommodating.

Room was too hot and hotel only has central heating, meaning during winter it heats up and in summer is cooling. You can't choose which one to use. I like to sleep in a cold room but that was not even possible with an open window. I was given a fan to help and it did but still.

I didn’t like the fact that the time for check-in was not respected and the boy from the reception didn’t know how to manage the situation and explain to us why this is happening. Also he didn’t give us details about breakfast, facilities or something else. I had to ask about these. He didn’t tell us that in the morning at 7 am the windows were scheduled to be cleaned and the noise bothered us. We had to read about it in the announcement in the elevator. At a 4 star hotel you expect the reception to be impeccable but it wasn’t:)

Nice, stylish hotel. Quiet. Elegant. Staff at the front desk were friendly and cooperative. Huge TV screen. Car park in the underground garage - a valet is parking the car using an elevator.

Breakfast is embarrassing. Expensive and poor. Nothing warm, not even eggs. Some salted pastries, not warm and evidently from the days before. Impossible to eat. The attendant was not participative: we had to ask for refill of the missing items all the times. DO NOT pay for breakfast - you may eat somewhere in the immediate surroundings.

The hotel is 1 minute walk from Vitosha blv and next to the best restaurants. We loved the location and the room. One of the best beds you will ever sleep in and a very comfy room with attention to detail. Definitely going back to this hotel, we are satisfied with the hotel amenities overall.

The check-in process was frustrating for us cause the receptionist was trying to speak in Greek while we were talking to him in English. The result was that we couldn't understand what he was saying - due to his lack of fluency in Greek, which is understandable - and we all got frustrated at some point. I appreciate the fact that he was trying to speak but we were able to communicate fluently in English (as we were coming from Ireland and he could see that) and was no need to communicate in Greek. One more thing to add is that there is no good soundproofing between the rooms.

Location: Almost everything is nearby. It is one of the best locations. Room: Rather small but quiet and clean. Beds were comfy. Section of TV channels was somewhat limited. Breakfast: Was okay but no having lots of selection. Parking: very secure. Staff: always smiling and welcoming.

Breakfast could have more selection. Very limited choices of what to eat during breakfast. Still, it was okay but compared to other places where I paid even less, in Sofia, it lacks choices.
