Perfect. The hotel team is very polite and cooperative. The food was good. Clean and very warm.

The space around the indoor pool is not very wide. On days when there is high occupancy and the hotel is full, there are not enough sunbeds available. There are additional chairs, but even with them it is difficult to find free ones. All of them, including the sunbeds, are tightly placed next to each other due to the small space. However, everything else is perfect in the hotel and this does not irritate.

The hotel offers a wide range of facilities (e.g., two pools, fully functioning spa facilities, multiple lounge areas and kids play rooms/activities). The facilities are mostly well-maintained. Our room was clean and spacious. The restaurant also offered a wide range of food choices, which were mostly fresh. The hotel is situated in the mountain, which makes it a cooler place in the hot summer days.

Most of the guests smoked around the outdoor pool area, which made it hard to stay around. I would strongly recommend the hotel ownership to limit or prohibit smoking in the shared premises. There were also building works opposite the hotel, which stole the beauty of the views. The hotel should offer some drinks (inclusive of the price) with the dinner (e.g., a glass of wine and a glass of fruit juice). Water should always be readily be available, as well.

Clean. Good, warm pools and big spa center. Comfortable and clean room. Plenty of food for dinner. Great breakfast.

Construction going on near and at the hotel. Noise all the time. Staff in the restaurant isn't well-trained. Service is mediocre. No green spot to sit around, no garden or open-air cafe, which is super odd for a five-star hotel. Only one bar - in the lobby. Some of the food is very low quality (deserts). Fitness opens at 9, yet breakfast is till 10, so it's impossible to exercise and then eat breakfast.

Very clean, cozy and modern hotel. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. We had an anniversary and receive a huge ball with fruits and a bottle of rose wine as compliment 😃

The outdoor pool area is not sufficient for the full capacity of the hotel. Guests just throw their stuff on the sun beds so to reserve them and disappear for hours. No one from the personnel observe these and it’s hard job to find sun beds around the pools. Seems empty but in fact are “reserved”. The hotel must implement some policy for this guests’ bad habits

Spa and pool are very good. Food is very tasty. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Water is not included in the dinner. Need to buy a bottle.

We liked the rooms, they were spacious, clean and very aesthetic looking. The staff was amazing, very nice and kind people. The SPA facilities are great - various saunas, pools and relaxation zones. I'd say the food was absolutely amazing, there was a variety of options for everyone (vegetarian, meat and vegan options).

There were only 2 things we didn't like: 1) although the SPA facilities are diverse, there is not a balance between the occupancy of the hotel and the SPA, especially the pools. The pools were always occ by the parents with children so I believe there should be a different pool area for children. 2) there are a couple of non-SPA activities around the hotel like pool table, air hockey, table tennis, etc which had additional cost if wanted to play. For the money you pay, I'd expect them to be free of charge

The hotel is situated outside Velingrad, which is good, as the city itself is horrible. Parking was ample. Receptionists were polite and efficient, there was no waiting and the room was ready for us. The room was small but clean, and everything (except TV) was working normally. There were two adult bathrobes (I was with a kid) but after requesting a smaller one from the reception, it was delivered within minutes. There were quite a few things for kids to get entertained, as video games, ice hockey, table tennis, etc. The SPA zone was good, pool was clean and large enough with several jacuzzis around it, all working. The food was very good! The was even game meet at the dinner. All was fresh and tasty and the staff was doing a good job at replenishing it. My special thanks to the person who was making the waffles in the morning - he was patiently creating some really nice custom waffle compositions for the kids and they all were ecstatic. Good job!!! The service was very good, there was no need to wait more than half a minute for somebody to come and get our order. Overall, the place is nice, worth visiting to spend some time with family and friends. It remains one of my few SPA hotels in Bulgaria to revisit.

There are some things, however, that I did not like. The hotel is surrounded by new extensive construction (expansion). This steals from the great views around the hotel. When I come to appreciate a SPA hotel in the forest, that is what I like to see - forest, not a gray, ugly concrete around the hotel. The outside pools were abandoned (not cleaned and covered) since last year and looked like swamps. Seriously, that is not acceptable for a 5*, as how this place is being advertised. The prices for some games in the entertainment zone were just too inflated, ex. 1 game of ice hockey - 6 lv. The TV in the room stopped working after watching for 30 min, which for me was not a big deal, but for some other people it may be. I did not like the comfort of the mattresses and the pillows.

Clean room, breakfast and dinner was ok with plenty of choices. Kind stuff, they did us a complimentary gift (wine and fruits ) cause of my wife’s b-day

The SPA zone is really very small , can not cover all of the guests, and if there are a lot of guests -for example the weekends- then it’s very hard to enjoy the SPA. Supposed it’s a SPA with mineral water , means should be warm, but as we realised, the water to the outside pools was very cold and it smelled extremely of chlorine, and in fact, the water was almost cold even in the indoor pool and it smelled extremely of chlorine too. So, we are not sure if it’s really authentic mineral waters there but anyway.

It’s new and modern! The room was big enough for family with one kid

Not enough electric slot to charge devices in the room. The room looks nice and modern but without thinking about digital environment. About the fitness: The hotel must see how to improve the equipment. The hotel from level must have beat in class equipment See how to make the access to the fitness 24 hour or at least from 6;00 till 22:00 h. For the dinner I suggest to be a La cart it would be better as service and will be easier to manage. This will increase the feeling of 5* hotel

Arte Spa & Park Hotel in Velingrad exceeded all our expectations. The spa facilities are top-notch, with mineral pools, saunas, and a wide range of treatments that left us completely rejuvenated. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of local and international options. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
