Spacious lounge and sitting rooms, beautiful outdoor pool, spacious and clean room. Pleasant and friendly restaurant staff; delicious food.

Narrow, steep streets leading to the property. Fire extinguishers and baby crib stored next to the door of our room.

The view from the hotel and the swimming pools was amazing - you could see the mountains, the forest and the town from above. The spa facilities were great - three swimming pools, two saunas, two steam rooms, freezing room, special tropical and winter showers, massages. The breakfast was very tasty and various, there was a lunch menu and the dinner a la cart was delicious. The staff was very kind and everything was very clean

The hotel is not very convenient for families with babies in strollers and prams, as there are several places in the spa centre and around reception with stairs. The hotel is also half an hour walk from the centre.

We traveled with our daughter and son in law. We all liked everything about this hotel! The check in was quick and easy, the receptionist was polite and professional. Our luggage was left in front of our rooms The room was very clean, very well appointed, with adequate air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable with clean, crisp linens. We ate all our meals at the restaurant. The breakfast was a buffet style and was included with our stay. There were many different food options. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The ala-carte menu at the restaurant was exceptional. We have had amazing food at different places around the world and we rate the food ( the Bulgarian style dishes and some of the Italian style ones) at the restaurant as one of the best we’ve had. We had a amazing service by all of the waiters, however one gentleman stood out with his exceptional service and professionalism. We forgot to ask his name :(. We were told that the hotel donates all the unsold food, prepared that day to a local orphanage ❤️ The spa was also very nice, with several areas for thermal treatment and relaxation. We all got different types of massages and body treatments, however we thought that massages ( by separate massage therapists) were mediocre and worth what we paid for them. On the other hand the products used and the cleanliness were top notch! As far as outdoor activities are concerned, we did a hike to Pashovi Scali cliffs and took a trip trough the mountain on the narrow gauge line train. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.

Stuff was very friendly, professional and helpful and this made our stay wonderful - always smiling and greets you! It's the second time I'm visiting this hotel and I really like the SPA - both saunas, steam rooms and especially the ice room! The outdoor pools is very nice, it's close to the lobby bar so you can get drinks from it and spent the day at the swimming pool! Rooms in this hotel are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - huge variety and a lot of choice.

There is nothing I would mark as "didn't like", so I'm adding here some recommendations based on my experience as a traveler - it would be nice to have some small coffee machine inside the rooms with complementary coffee/tea. Nowadays it's a norm to start your day with a coffee, even before breakfast and especially if your room have a balcony with nice table and chairs and a good view.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel has plenty of parking, the pools were not too crowded which was unexpected since it was a long weekend. The rooms are very goo size and if you get one with a balcony the views are great and also provide great area to sit enjoy the whether and have lunch or dinner.

The hotel was a bit noisy since they had events going on and shooting fire works. The bathrooms need more attention when cleaning - there was mold and other dirt through out the bathrooms of the two rooms we rented. The restaurant is way overpriced for what it offers - I would think they need to lower the prices by like 25-30%. The hotel is difficult to get to - it is great that they built it above the village but they did not provide new roads to get to the hotel.

Value for money. Welcoming and nice staff, plenty of choice for breakfast, spacious apartment. SPA is great, both pools and thermo zone and very clean. Right choice.

Lack of information on Velingrad city and things to do outside hotel. This part of Bulgaria has amaizing nature, there are caves open for visitors, lakes.... Even though this is not hotel obligation, it would be nice touch, especially for foreigners who are there for first time. Also, it was too crowded during week days, we were not informed that, in order to have dinner in hotel, we need table reservation so we had to go out (after spa). This would not be the problem if we were informed about week crowds during check-in.

Everything was clean, and all the staff was friendly and willing to help. The remarkable thing was that it was noticeable that everyone was confident with his willingness to help, like they knew the organization is behind them on that. The pool is with mineral water. It was clean (as everything here). I'm not sure if that was because of the clients or the attitude of the staff, but it was calm and quiet around the pool. Even children were quiet. The restaurant is top-notch. The food was excellent, and the service was exceptional - no one over your head, but if you need them, someone will be next to you in few seconds.

Nothing. It could be we had no big expectations, but there was nothing to complain about..

A very well maintained hotel, one of our favourites. Very pleasant pools, bright clean rooms, friendly staff, daily cleaning, great lobby bar, very good breakfast. Very good service in the restaurant and a delicious lunch menu. Spa facilities are good, good massages and treatments.

There is no coffee machine in the room. The standard evening restaurant menu is not good. The spa center is overcrowded in the middle of week, noisy and uncomfortable, children sleep on the sunbeds, there is no place to leave a towel.We left a day early despite prepaying.

Big, clean and quiet room with a balcony and a great mountain view. Everyone from the staff was friendly, polite and welcoming. The food and service at the restaurant were great! The Spa facilities were very good and the big outdoor pool was still functioning at the end of September.

The beach decks around the warm outdoor pool were uncomfortably close with lots of people smoking around the pool. The Spa indoor pools were also overcrowded and noisy.

Everything at the hotel was fabulous and it exceeded our expectations. It's all fairly new, very clean, big spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very polite and helpful staff. The water in the big outdoor pool is a bit cooler, similar to what you'd expect in a normal indoor swimming pool. Which is ideal if you're interested in actually swimming, as it meant we often had the pool to ourselves. The other 2 pools (one inside and one outside) are smaller and filled with mineral water and nice and warm. That does mean they are a bit busier, but still nice. We had lunch at the restaurant every day and their lunch menu was big, affordable and very tasty. Had dinner in restaurants in town. The hotel is in the foothill of the mountain up on the hill, so lovely views. It's about 40 min walk into the centre of Velingrad or 10 min cheap taxi ride. We did both and was fine. Nice walks in the forest too. Would definitely recommend!
