Super friendly place. We come here every year more then 1ce and always love the hot pool. The location is good and has a parking. The staff welcoming and friendly, always help with any petitions we have. Breakfast is a nice addition, however some stuff have changed since the last we came.

Not well informed upon check in for stuff like: restaurant has to be paid only by cash, even though the room could be paid by card (not sure why we couldn't pay every in one with card, had to go search for an ATM). Breakfast has become less optional plus you have to pay extra for a morning drink like coffee or juice.

The hotel is located 2 km away from the city center. To reach the center you can go by foot or a taxi. The water is the pool was perfect,the breakfast, lunch and dinner were great-delicious, good value for money. To save the disappointment of the city that is sinking in ruins you can stay in the hotel where everything is provided-pool,food,sauna,massage. Very friendly owners.If we go back in Velingrad definitely we will book again here.

a family business with fantastic garden restaurant and large pool with thermal water, loved it! the pool opens aearly and closes late, fantastic.... so many hotel could learn from this.

All was perfect.

It was good value for money. The area around the pool and the jacuzzi were not busy at all. The food garden also was good.

The furniture seemed a bit too worn out. The location also was not perfect m, the city centre where the majority of restaurants are, was a bit too far in terms of walking distance.

The kitchen offers fresh food. And the dishes are very tasty.

The douche fell alone when the faucet was stopped, because his hanger was cracked. The room was dusty and stagnant.

Garden and outside areas were nice.

It wasn’t clean (some empty packages from sweets in room’s corners), there was no air conditioning as stated (just a fan), very few sockets (only 1 spare one on one side of the bed), no cleaning service during the stay of 5 nights (not even toilet paper and towels), the quality of the breakfast was poor (cheapest ingredients on table and packaged croissants), staff was not very friendly but polite and helpful (waiters and owners), spa services were not included and worked on schedule / calls from previous day. The location is close to some noisy gipsy neighbourhood.
