I'm returning for the second time, and this says enough about my opinion of the hotel. You get plenty for what you pay, and the SPA facilities are very good. When you combine this with the comfortable stay and the clean air from the mountain, you get everything that you could want from a place like this.

Nothing worth mentioning really.

The beds are comfortable. The room is clean and large. The pools inside(with a glass cover) are warm, the hot one 70C is just wonderful. The outdoor is sea salt pool which is great. The Spa section is clean, not crowded which is not that common. The water everywhere is mineral and it feels really nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The food is not great, no diversity, breakfast was really poor - no pancakes, no sandwiches, no scramble eggs, no bacon. More of your aunt cooking - tasty but boring. The so called aquapark is so so, but for the spaces they have it is ok. The outdoor pool is really small, even if you count the aquapark pools(which you should pay for going it's not included in the price for the room)

Fantastic Spa hotel, we got an upgraded room from Bookings.com which was fantastic. Nice room and view. The full board food buffet was very tasty with lots of choices. The Spa is one of the best I have ever visited and the hot mineral pools are perfect. Staff friendly and professional. Would definitely return in the future.

Would have liked disposal slippers for the Spa and more toiletries in the room. Maybe Tea and Coffee making facilities.

If you are looking for a parties you won't find them here. This is a family place, excellent for children. We've booked double room, but we got an apartment, without additional costs. The view from the balcony wasn't something, and for me this is not important. Important is that the apartment was clean and nice. Not perfect, but for that price excellent. Clean towels and bath robes each day. Staff is OK, nice and pleasant. Manager lady was present all the time, willing to help, always monitoring what is going on. Every reasonable request was accepted. Food was nice, almost same breakfast each morning, but enough of different options so you can combine your breakfast. Lunch and diner, with lots of different meals, so you can also combine. We didn't have a same meal for the three days of staying there. Pools were warm and clean, even the one outside. Aqua park wasn't working, but its normal for the period of year. Good and secured parking.

The food was delicious. Hot pools, nice location. Very friendly restaurant and bar staff.

Very rude attitude of the reception lady during check out. At 12:00pm we received call from reception lady telling us “ Pack your bags and leave immediately “, when I asked what about our late check out that was promised previous night answer was “ I sold the room this morning and need the room now”. This ruined our whole experience

Noisy waste pipes

Everything was excellent. The staff was very polite. The spa was very pleasant. The food was delicious, there were many options. The tomatoes were extremely delicious. The room was comfortable and large. The view from the room to the mountains and hills was nice.

No complaints, no problems. We were very satisfied.

Big rooms, the staff are lovely and kind ,the view's are amazing

The pool area ,it is a bit outdated ,not enough sun beds and not safe for walking around. The room is not cleaned daily. We stay 3 days ,never cleaned apart of bringing new towels and taking the bins .The hotel is outdated ,needs renovation

I liked the food and the views. The Spa center was very good with a lot of interesting options to choose from. Four different pools, various types of saunas, and plenty of massage therapies. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Three days are perfect to get your sleep and relax the most.🙌🏼

I didn't like that our bed was a combination of two single beds and that the first day we had to wait more for hot water in the bathroom.

Good SPA, comfortable apartment and very good food. The location is on a hill, and if you’re lucky there is a view over the entire town. The pools are mineral and are well maintained.

Some appliances are old and in need of renovation, and that goes for the entire hotel. However, this is not a deal breaker, and overall the property is looked after.
