Breakfast was adequate and well thought of items..NO re[eat for 3 days were there.. the Live/Egg counter Chef was GOOD on all days...

the Coffee could be of a better brand..sitting in the pot it was not great as expected.The HOT milk turned cold and was replenished often enough

This hotel is a great location and nice decorated lobby. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was superb, such a big selection and a lovely dining room. The pool was beautiful, it must have one of the best views in the world. The staff go out of their way to help you and are so friendly. The Hotel is such a pleasant place to relax after a day in the busy hot city. Great shower in the bathroom and a nice hot and cold water dispenser in the bedroom. They even have a Bentley as a courtesy car !

I can’t find fault with the Hotel, some people may find it’s too far out from all the bars and restaurants and tourist sights, you can’t walk anywhere from the hotel it’s a 20 minute Tuk Tuk ride, but myself I liked to get away from the very busy and noisy city centre.

Good location, good breakfast, comfortable beds. Overall good value for money.

We had a bit of challenge with the reception staff. Not their mistake but they could have handled the situation better. We could not find our golf bag tags and they refused to give us the bags. It had to go through a long process and finally we got them resulting in waste of time for everyone. Again, we do understand it’s required for safety of guests but all I am saying is that the situation should have been dealt properly. We were made to realise as if we are trying to steal someone else’s bags. This could also be understandably a language issue.

I loved that we had an uninterrupted view of the New Year Fireworks on that side of the city we were on.

I guess NYE was pretty hectic for Sun&Moon, so we didn’t really get the warmest welcome (e.g. offering to take our bags, or a proper welcome greeting when we arrived) & also the parking space need guards who are attentive to safely direct where the guests should park and if there were parking spaces still available, when we arrived in our car they were just standing there, did not even flag us down to ask if we were going as guests or just dropping off guests.

Brandnew hotel with everything you can expect. The breakfast options were excellent, there's something for every taste.

As good as the hotel itself is, it's a bit off the city centre. As a pedestrian in Phnom Penh you really shouldn't plan on walking longer distances than about 1 kilometre. Pavements don't really exist and when they do they're used for something else like parking or stalls. You end up using a Tuk Tuk all the time

Great facilities. The gym was as good as I've seen in any hotel, and gym classes were small in size. The room was well equipped and I especially enjoyed the sun lounges on the terrace. Having clean drinking water available at all times was a bonus. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Food in buffet breakfast was average. Location is away from nicer areas of the city, but the ease of taking a gojek from the hotel made it only a minor issue. Overall very happy.

New life style hotel in Phnom Penh, modern and very clean. Water despenser is available in guest's room, so you can choice to take cold either hot water anytime. Strongly recommend to all travelers.

Hotel can adjust their pillow set up in room.

Incredible gym for a hotel, it is a public gym in the hotel but great facilities for anyone who likes training, great pool/ recovery facilities Breakfast decent, staff generally good Water machines in rooms is an amazing idea with hot/cold Modern TV, spacious rooms

Not the best location for exploring, 15 min tuk tuk from the centre, but very cheap to get a tuk tuk on grab

The room was very well thought out and bed was comfortable 😴 there's a round windows and you can lay in this large round windows as has a mattress type thing very comfortable and great for reading a book in the daytime as your leaning against the windows light is perfect and view is fantastic staff were great pool lovely salt water one and water was beautiful hopefully they will clean the river one day

Lot of construction going on as there still building it up over there but the new 80 story skyscraper is going up there and we have a appartment just across the road close to being finished so not much to really complain about again guys there are tourist from all over the world if your going to build a multi million dollar hotel spend a extra few hundred on the smart TVS there not that much more and are a great thing to have for forieners from all over the world as when we go to bed at the end of the night we might want to chill for a hour or two
