This hotel, in the midst of the chaos of Siem Reap is almost perfect. Kevin is the most superb front of house manager, making you welcome from the moment you arrive at the hotel to the time you leave, whether that’s for a day excursion, going out for dinner or moving on to your next destination. His team are excellent and clearly well trained. Breakfast, eggs cooked to order, is good..maybe add a hot water boiler for those who want to make tea or some other hot beverage would be beneficial. This hotel is a short walk to many restaurants and the famous Pub Street and the Night Market.

This hotel doesn’t do hand towels or hand soap which for us UK residents is somewhat strange!

I recently stayed at the Presidential Suite at Cheathata CTS Hotel in Siem Reap, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. It’s not often you come across such accommodating service—let’s just say they made a two wheeled exception for me, which I really appreciated. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was large and perfect for a good rest, and the TV offered a good selection of Western movies, which was a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings. One unexpected highlight was that they provided breakfast, even though it wasn’t part of my booking. It was a thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. I also found a fruit basket with a handwritten note in my room, wishing me a pleasant stay—a really lovely surprise. The location is ideal, close to Pub Street but still quiet, especially since my room was on the top floor. It was great to be so close to the action but still have a peaceful space to relax in. All in all, Cheathata CTS Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily stay here again.

Wifi was a little sluggish, but not unexpected and typical of the area.

Location is 4 minutes walk to the entrance of Walking Street and beach. The staff is very friendly. The facility was surprisingly upscale. The rooms are very comfortable with multiple seating areas. Large safe to store my laptop in the room. Enjoyed to tub and shower. Overall very nice

The person cleaning the rooms need to work on mopping the floor better. They need to use a better mop or different cleaning system. Elevator is tiny but is the better option than the long stairs for the entrance to the hotel lobby.

Free breakfast was adequate.Staff were friendly and tried to please although not that fluent in English.Free breakfast is a plus point..adequate.Location is superb..Short walk to all the happenings ,shopping and food.We didn't even have to take the tuk tuk.They have very reasonably price tours although we didnt try as we had already book our tours beforehand.if you havent, you can give them a try.If I ever go back Siem Reap again,I will stay here.Pretty roof top pool also

Central, in a great location, countless restaurants, bars, near the bustling pub street, but in a quiet location. Quality, comfort, cleanliness. The kindness of the staff is outstanding: I especially welcome Peter and his colleagues. The hotel organized the Angkor tours at a reasonable price, their own tuk-tuk driver Chhanon was also kind and very caring, thanks to him. When we were there, they didn't have their own kitchen, they brought the food to the restaurant from the restaurant around the corner, which was really tasty anyway. Whoever determined the washing fees, on the other hand, must have been very funny, because it was not based on the usual 1 USD/kg, but per piece: washing a T-shirt would have cost 2.5 USD, while in nearby shops it would have cost 2-3 USD you can buy a new one for it. I don't recommend ordering the overpriced airport transfer here either. Be aware that the airport is an hour's drive away. The only problem is that the internet is often down. I recommend putting two chairs out on the terrace, because otherwise the guests will take out the cushions on the couch and sit on them... Because sitting here in the evening with a cold beer is an unmissable event.

The staff is what made the hotel shine. They went out of their way to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, in close proximity to restaurants and pub street. The rooms were spacious and overall good value. The pool works a treat for hot days.

Quality of breakfast was poor, it lacked decent options. The ham, sausages on offer were tired and in small quantities. The hotel rooms are tired.

The hotel was very clean and right in the center. Only took me a few minutes to pub street, old market and many other restaurants. The staff were so welcoming, accommodating, and helpful they made the whole stay very enjoyable for our family. Simple breakfast boxes are also ready the night before, for those whose booking include breakfast but can’t join because of sunrise tour

All the staff were really nice and attentive. The room was comfortable and spacious. Free water was provided every day.

The shower was terrible. Although there was a bathtub in the room, the shower head was not high on the wall, so I had to do some contortionist moves to take a shower. I also found the breakfast a bit lacking, with not many options.

We booked family room with two beds. It is pretty spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. There are fridge, electric kettle, safe, hair dryer, tea and coffee bags, TV. There are all staff for taking shower and brushing in the bathroom. Breckfasts were quite varity besidse you can oder extra food from restarsunt's menu.

If talking about disadvanteges there are week Wi-fi and TV signal. You can hear how pool's work if you are living on the 3 floor
