The best location, great view, spacious sunny room. Fresh renovation, traditional and stylish at the same time. Excellent, fast Internet. A great big and very comfortable bed. I also really liked the bathroom. Quiet place, in general. There is a school nearby, the staff does not hide it. I had a room with a direct view of the school, if you want to get up earlier and explore the city more, like me, this option is perfect for you. If the school is bothering you, then the hotel staff can offer you another room. But I have never regretted that I took this particular number. Upon check-in, you can use the free shuttle service, they will also help you take your things to the room and offer a welcome drink and a snack. It's excellent, really. The service of this hotel is at the highest level. One of the best hotels in my life. I recommend it to everyone!

Everything was perfect

it’s beautiful. tucked away in a nook but still walking distance to food and markets and tuktuks and shopping. the room is spacious. fan and AC and good sized shower. staff were wonderful ! would 100% come here again. the main lobby is spacious and luscious and it’s like being in a secret garden.

there are reviews with noise complaints .. there is a preschool next door and the children sing all day but it’s not annoying. there is a mosque nearby and the call to prayer is nice to hear. laundry is not on site and is within walking distance we paid a tuktuk to the airport rather than get the shuttle. no room service as advertised. get ready to use lots of stairs!

Such a beautiful place. During all my travels, this must be the favorite. I arrived in the evening and the whole house was lit up in a fantastic orange color. There were windows around two walls in my room and it was nicely decorated. Good air in the room. No mold. I loved the room, but mostly I loved the entrance to the hotel. One walk over a bridge and water with flowers floating. It is a wonderful place. I believe the area is good too. Seem to be kind of in the centre(?). The "pub-street" and loads of street sales is only a few minutes away (clothes, paintings, etc). Fantastic high-class cheap restaurants close-by, with european food or from other parts of the world.

No name-sign for the hotel. The hotel acutally seem to have the name of another hotel and I went in to "them" to ask if they knew where to find "Golden Butterfly Villa" (but I was in the right hotel). A few mosquitos in the room, but signs recommend to not have balcony door open. They come in as soon one enters through the door, though. On each floor in the stairway, there are mosquito killing smoke. Anyone sensitive can hold their breath when quickly passing, but some will be breathed in. I found it to be ok.

This place recently reopened after 3 years of Covid shut down. I had a 5 stars service! The staff helps you to arrange absolutely everything that you need. If you want to hire private transportation for a fair price and arrange your own tour out of town just let them know (I visited the waterfall and Beng Mealea). The hotel location can't be better. It's true that it is located next to a primary school but it is actually so cute to see and hear the happy kids. The reception area is very fresh and spacious, great area to wait for your tour of just work from there. I would say this is the best price/quality that you can get.

Many Siem Reap hotels are only just now starting to open up again post-COVID and I specifically looked for ones that had recent reviews from 2022-2023. This one did and was very affordable. Location is excellent. Just the right distance from Siem Reap's Pub Street without being too close. The staff was very useful at coordinating tours for the Angkor Complex as well as getting a dedicated tuktuk driver and English speaking guide for me. I was originally planning on setting up tours myself separately, but ended up not needing to. Bathroom was great with hot water and satisfyingly strong water pressure.

As other reviews mentioned, mosquitos were definitely an annoying issue. The hallways have a ton of them and they will end up in your room no matter how careful you are. Also, noise from the elementary school next door is definitely a thing, but chances are you won't be in your room during those hours.

The hotel just reopened again after covid, so restaurant and spa is not open yet. They are about to open it soon and as the hotel is a 3' walk from the city centre, you'll find food everywhere in a short walking distance. I visited the hotel already several times (2016-2020) and they manage to maintain the quality of the rooms. Very nice and big rooms with balconies, the staff is always willing to go the extra mile and the assist you with everything you need (tours, tickets, laundry). There were complaints about the "noise" of the primary school next to the hotel. See it that way: These children are lucky to get an education, their most important tool for their future. Always looking forward to come back again.

cute little spot with a little fish pond around the walkway. we were giving a nice welcome snack and drink which made the place really inviting. The free coffee and tea kept you going to run all day and night. The location was close enough to pub street and old market without having too much noise.

We had a little trouble with the aircon but we didn’t asked to be switched Im positive they would of moved us no problem. also there was a bar with music we could get from our room but it wasn’t too loud

Very helpful and friendly staff, nice decor, fridge and AC in the room, the shower was WONDERFUL. The thick curtains allow for the room to be fully dark so we were not bothered in the morning.

The bed was honestly uncomfortable. Very hard and with springs poking at our backs. I read people complaining about the nearby school, but it didn't bother us that much. None of the advertised facilities were there but we weren't planning on using them anyway (spa etc)

It was as expected. Not less, not more. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The drivers working for the hotel are very knowledgeable and nice.

I had to ask to get my room cleaned, since it wasn’t cleaned, when I put out the sign for it. But then it has been cleaned directly. So no big deal.

It's the best hotel in Cambodia I've been to (among Kep, Kampot, Sihanoukville, Phnom Penh) for reasonable price. Such a good room and nice/friendly staff. I really liked it. Usually for the same price I get a room with view to someone's wall and with condition of doghouse. In this hotel, I got a really cute and big room with balcony with view to the city and nature.
